Environment: The location is very good. The hygiene is good. We stayed for three nights in a row. Bottled water and bathroom supplies were replenished every day. The breakfast is also very rich, and there is also snail noodles. If you want to add more, it costs 38 yuan per person.

I always stay in this hotel every time I come here for activities. The hotel is indeed old and the facilities are a bit outdated. As I mentioned before, once the main switch is turned off, there is no electricity in the wall sockets. It is still the same and has not changed.

The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

This is my second time staying at the Hampton by Hilton Fengcheng. I booked two king-size rooms with my friends. The overall environment is good, the facilities are complete and meet the standards. The king-size bed has a Serta mattress, which is soft and comfortable. I slept until I woke up naturally. Next time I come to Qingyuan, I will stay at the Hilton Hotel again.

I really appreciate the hotel. I stayed here one night to go to Yao nationality village. I purchased the breakfast. however, I got to know the breakfast hour clashed with my bus schedule to the Yao village. they didn't refund the breakfast fee to the hotel regulation but they tried to help me in another way. They gave me some gifts and brought some fruits to my room. I was touched by their service. If I go to the area again, perhaps I will stay at the hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was close to lots of attractions and great restaurants around. To get around, you will have to call a taxi or didi. The hotel's restaurant and mini bakery in the lobby were really delicious too!! They also have a really amazing gym for free. Some inconvenient things are: no washing machine (only laundry service which you pay for the staff to take you laundry in and wash it in the big facilities), and no mini fridge. But overall, the service was kind and friendly, the rooms were super nice, food was amazing, there's really not much to complain about for this hotel!

The room is clean and spacious. The golf course outside the balcony is green and there is a game going on. The hotel has a golf club service, which is very convenient for food, accommodation and playing. The front desk service of the hotel is very thoughtful. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is old (it feels like the previous dormitory renovation) with mosquito bites and noisy. However, the boss and his wife are very kind, opposite is the junior high school, downstairs is full of food and drink. Because I was going to the junior high school exam on the opposite side the next day, I booked the nearest one according to the distance. I didn’t expect to be noisy by mosquitoes all night and couldn’t sleep. I was dizzy the next day.
