怎麼説呢，總體感覺還是挺不錯的，屋內實際環境和網上差不多，樓下有24小時超市，買東西什麼的很方便，剛開始去的前兩天出門都是打車，距離都差不多，大部分15以內都可以解決，後來出門就坐的地鐵距離的話怎麼説呢，6.7百米，説近不近説遠不遠，建議的話就出門坐地鐵，玩一天會很累，回來時可以打車！周圍不算特別特別熱鬧的區域，但是對於休息來説還是可以的，比較安靜，距離鬧市區也不算遠，總體感覺還是挺好的，唯一一點就是床墊太軟了😅😅😅本人老公體重有點偏重，坐上去直接塌下去🤣本人是比較喜歡這種軟床所以完全可以接受，老公就不太滿意，因為他喜歡硬板床，洗澡間的冷熱水轉換器壞了，想着需要和前台説，每次都是出了門就忘了，晚上回來洗澡時又想起來了！下次再去青島如果還在市南區住會再選擇這裏

非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了一直很貼心，服務很温暖，真的是沒有啥説的，沖就完事了店裡的座位很舒服，軟軟的，看得出來很注重用户體驗，服務員響應很快，確實不錯環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊👍整體佈置的很ins風，很多角落都可以拍照，還有店裡佈置的燈光也很8⃣️錯

感覺價格還是高了一些，一晚上近八百，不是旺季也確實不值，有看到海但是都是測麪和有樓房阻擋，進大樓的保安喊登記特別兇，房間枕頭上有頭髮，衞生一般，這是最不好的體驗，辦理服務的年輕人還是不錯，房間都在樓上，樓上沒窗，空氣感覺有點悶，晚上沒睡好，設施設備比較齊全有洗衣機、冰箱、電視。

客廳兩扇窗都能看到一大片海，樓上卧室窗户也能看到，很養眼！我們是春節假期剛結束時住的，真是高性價比。入住便捷，前台也很好溝通，行李寄存很方便。對面就是金茂灣購物中心，樓下也有711，吃飯購物超方便。離海邊很近，步行即到，離棧橋、魯迅公園、海軍博物館都不遠，坐公交方便，就是等得有點久。下次來青島還會選擇這個區域入住。
建議房間準備點一次性香皂；衞生間鏡前燈可以適當再亮些，方便女生化粧。

感覺挺狹小逼仄的，海景房啥的也是有點扯的，對外面的風景是看着挺心煩的，衞生條件一般，衞生間真的很小還和床靠得很近有股味道，複式宿舍裏衹有一個看起來老舊的空調（不是立式），窗簾也根本不遮光，總之體驗式不咋樣的

房間內就能看到海景，傍晚樓下還能看到絕美的日落。民宿位置很居中，離棧橋衹需付起步價就能到達，交通還是很便利。雙景觀的落地窗，一邊面朝大海的寧靜，一邊車水馬龍的熱鬧，高層一覽無餘還能看到聖彌厄爾教堂。房間足夠多人出行，樓下還有個摺疊沙發，房東打掃每天打掃衞生，整體體驗還不錯。

入住的是另一套同户型房子，因為整棟樓都是民宿電梯實在是太慢了。位置還行，但是樓下商場有點吵夜裡12點了好像在卸貨。裝修太粗糙床墊硌人。樓下排風扇自己掉出來了。一行四人，二個不願睡樓上閑悶樓下睡的沙發床。房東服務還行。
