[民宿給我的小驚喜]房間乾淨，香香的，樓下有保安，刷卡電梯，和照片一樣，裝修風格都是孩子們喜歡的。一家6口，住的很舒服。
[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]超棒，去五四廣場和帆船中心走路5分鐘就到了。
[房屋設施我一定要提]很全，連雨傘都有，還有孩子們喜歡的各種遊樂設施。
[進入房間第一眼]內地人在房間裏看到大海太震撼了，還可以看燈光秀，棒。

衞生環境超級差，服務設施也很老舊，很臟很差，地墊都是黑的，菜板也發黴了，洗衣機又臟又差，衞生間不是乾濕分離的，花灑頂噴也是壞的，再也不住民宿了

房子挺温馨的 剛好那天是聖誕節 裏面還裝飾的挺應景的 第一晚住 那個公寓水冷空調壞了 我凍的流鼻涕 房東拿的熱風機和暖氣爐 怕我凍感冒了 第二晚物業修好了 挺熱的房間 海景房一眼望去針不錯

1.位置很好，就在奧帆中心，五四廣場景區裏，去哪裡都很方便。
2.房間裏有投影儀，還有低音炮，投屏看很方便。
3.房間很暖和，熱水也很好。
4.房間裏可以看海，看燈光秀，看日落。

房間就是簡介裏那樣，視野超好，躺床上看五四廣場燈光秀，樓下停車有點靠運氣。房東熱情，推薦的美食都好吃，而且都離住宿地不遠。最後就是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗了澡得刮一下地上的水。

優點：地理位置比較好.景觀很好.樓下就是海信廣場.步行去五四廣場，棧橋非常方便.房東訊息回覆也比較及時.基本上房間和圖片沒啥出入.可以洗衣可以做點簡單的加熱的餐飲吧
缺點：樓下物業管理比較亂.整幢樓基本上都是各家民宿和短租公寓，隔壁是美睫店.有點怪怪的.攜家帶口來度假的很多.電梯很擁擠.樓下的早餐店非常難吃
我們加了張床，是沙發床，太硬了.床下的鐵絲都能戳到皮膚，一翻身整個床就像螺絲在呼叫
衞生間的淋浴地方地上的地磚有一大片顏色…淋浴有漏水，然後衞生間是裏面高外面低，漏出來的水一直往外流，希望房東改善一下

海景房，和照片是一樣的，可以在房間看燈光秀的那種。過了馬路就是五四廣場，房間很乾凈，一家人出來玩住民宿，可以每天洗孩子的衣服，房東準備的東西也很全，帶着孩子一家人很方便的。
