方便，街對面就是34號地鐵站，衞生，就是普通賓館，床單看的出，換洗，住宿要求刷臉，我覺得青島人都客氣謙讓的。車一定要停在市區，推薦觀城路78停車場,1天20元注意，住在極地海洋世界，一定要自備吃的，我們出景區走了一段距離，超市食物翻一倍，加州牛肉麪原價29麪好少

退房後酒店停車居然收費，這是我們去山東玩遇到的唯一一個需要收費的酒店，可能是車位緊張，但是這點確實讓人不舒服。從煙台住了三個酒店沒有一個這樣的。酒店離海軍博物館很近，就是為了這個才定的這裏，所以其他問題都不算問題了吧。

房間挺好，挺乾淨，有停車位，開車自駕去之前最好問一下路線，我們去的時候跑過了路口，繞了半個小時才又跑回去，賓館前面是單行道，路口過了就得繞，旅遊旺季車特別多，對面就是人民會堂地鐵站，出入很方便，離海軍博物館走路幾分鐘，海底世界和棧橋走路溜達也快，實在不想溜達，可以坐地鐵，青島的地鐵是真方便，錄的視頻不能發，截圖幾張，吧枱小姐姐人很好，走的時候老公想找點茶葉泡茶🍵，小姐姐去辦公室給拿了兩種過來。

太差了 我問賓館水有幾瓶 他告訴我兩瓶 一天最多就給兩瓶 到了房間 沒有水 房間也沒有抽紙 整個屋子衹有一卷廁所用的擦屁股紙 特別糙 房間各種發黴 衞生間簾子發黴到掉渣 晚上睡覺能被衞生間異味臭醒 床也特別的硬 睡一覺起來腰都是酸的根本達不到休息的作用 地面衞生也特別的差 床邊的地上各種碎屑毛髮 更有意思的是我第二天要求換床單 他告訴我沒有多餘的了 反正很不可思議 我原本定了三天 第二天醒了12點左右實在受不了了 在軟件上退了一天 然後前台給我打電話説我退房是吧 給你十分鐘 趕緊下來退房 我當時都傻了 這是什麼態度啊 反正就是拉低了整個行程的舒適度

酒店就靠在棧橋附近，因為是國慶，價格有點偏高，重點推薦酒店下坡路口的第一家海鮮店，價格實惠，海鮮麪，炒麪都很實惠

此行最得意的是酒店地理位置絕佳，出地鐵三分鐘，附近景點完全可以步行前往。離火車站，棧橋一站地，斜對面是海軍博物館，小青島，魯迅公園，出門右轉十分鐘大學路網紅牆，信號山。樓下吃飯也方便。快捷酒店的價格，前台東北小哥熱心周到。樓下可停車。圖片是雨後隔窗拍下的街景，可見地鐵口，遠處可遙望到海。已經極力安利給了朋友。

如果想住舒服 這裡是不合適，但是優點是離地鐵超級近，離海軍博物館等景點也特別近，説白了就是方便。看看自己想要什麼，方便這裏肯定第一。很久的賓館了。
