這是一家強烈推薦的寶藏民宿，價格便宜，房間超級大，跟圖片幾乎一模一樣！不但是海景房，而且服務特別周到，會推薦給來青島旅遊的朋友和家人，真的是非常感恩，遇到這麼有人情味兒且品質這麼高的民宿！

房東人很好，會提前和住客聯繫提醒，房間裏面也很乾凈，樓下不遠就有一個小港海鮮市場，可以自己買到房子裏面煮，房間能看到大海日落的時候挺美的。景點也不遠，基本都是1公里的距離。

位置很好，附近有大鮑島和中山路，棧橋。窗户外可以看到海（就是玻璃窗不太乾淨），夜景沒有日景好看。房間比較寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，住着很舒服。唯一的缺點就是隔音不太好，半夜總是聽到晚歸的遊客説話聲，開門聲。總體來説是比較推薦的，適合旅遊或者短住。

房間非常棒，首先大廈的環境也非常好，進了房間，裝修非常精緻，很新，很乾凈，洗漱用品拖鞋一應俱全，床也超級舒服，我們住的35樓，從窗口就可以看到海，而且地理位置也非常好，走個7、8分鐘就可以到中山路，個人覺得非常值得推薦！

來青島玩真的很推薦這家海景民宿，由於是三個人同行住酒店還要訂兩個房間所以試着定了民宿，沒想到這麼好，無敵海景，入住方便，房間還能做飯，已經推薦給了朋友。
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]距離棧橋很近，走路十幾分鍾
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]有廚房，樓下就是碼頭，有海鮮市場，買完海鮮可以直接煮非常方便。

民宿地理位置很好 離青島站地鐵很近 打車五分鐘左右 房東大姐也熱情 介紹周邊好吃的景點 離棧橋這些景點都步行就可以 房屋幾乎和圖片一樣 衞生間乾濕分離 樓下有個小港口 早上拉開窗簾 大玻璃窗 景色很好

提前到達聯繫房東小姐姐把東西提前放入，位置很好找，閨蜜進去和我説房間户型她也滿意，和圖片一模一樣，入眼🉑️見海
清潔的阿姨很好的，（早上出去玩，我們的衣服清洗比較多，部分衣物沒有晾曬，阿姨找了支架幫我們曬好）特別感謝🙏

帶爸媽出來旅遊，提前一個月定的房間，也是先翻了評價裏面的房間返圖，入住的時候發現確實跟實物圖一模一樣，完全不踩雷！
體驗了一下海景房，落地窗外的風景很美，視野也很好，整體居住環境很贊，房東還發了很詳細的周邊旅遊指南，距離各個景點都很近，帶家人出來玩最在意住的舒服，這一點就值120個贊啦～
