Hot shower only works for a few minutes, due to low capability water boiler, keep in mind for longer showers with hot water.
Besides that location is great and convenient, check in fast and professional service.
Bed a little too hard for some people.

定位導航不準，公用前台，電梯臟亂，房間也不是很乾凈，被區別對待了，沒有停車場，停在了外邊收費停車場，還特意説停在路邊要不要緊，物業會不會讓挪車，也沒人告訴可以報銷，後來看到評論區才説酒店可以報銷的。酒店外環與宣傳圖片不符。節假日價格大幅度翻倍上漲，大家謹慎選擇哦，沒有差評是酒店太新了，還有好評返現活動哦。

此酒店標明有暖氣 入住後發現沒有暖氣 衹有空調 詢問前台確實沒有暖氣並告知空調温度很高 開空調三四個小時之後loft上下温差10度 反映後前台態度很好 在我們沒有提出任何要求的情況下 主動要求退全款626元 結果在我們返程時被告知無法退全款衹能退400元 聯繫酒店運營總監其態度十分惡劣 並聲稱空調就是暖氣 暖氣就是空調 而且在樓上温度最高達到32度 樓下温度最高才能達到22度 而後酒店經理又聯繫我們要求我們必須好評或刪除訂單才給退款400元 那些好評不知道是怎麼來的

明明定的投屏+雙床+梳粧台，入住酒店後也不知道房間裏梳粧台在哪，反正是沒有，花了1000多住一晚的房間，洗衣機都沒有，房間很小，很小，和圖片顯示的很不一樣，唯一符合的就是被子的確很舒服，當時定的時候發現才30平，感覺太小，馬上申請退訂，被拒絕，沒辦法衹好入住，這個房間1100多一晚在這個地段真是太坑了，離市南中心需要轉兩趟地鐵，個別景點還要轉三趟，除了去極地海洋館近，就沒什麼別的了，另外親們別被那個首頁的麗達茂商場視頻圖片騙了，那就是個商場，這個賓館就是承包了幾個房間出租而已，並不是正規酒店，和民宿也差不多了，雖然住一晚退房後酒店送了一個水杯，但是真心覺得這個房間對不起1100多一晚的價格，當然土豪隨意

房間很大很滿意，乾淨衞生，被子是鵝絨，4個枕頭，2個是記憶棉枕芯，2個鵝絨枕芯，舒適。每天都換新的洗浴用品，6瓶水，並把4瓶水貼心的放置冰箱裏，購物方便，樓下是大型購物中心，應有盡有，門廳保安24小時守候，非常安全，值得期待及入住，贊贊贊
