位置非常好，去各個景點都很近，就是樓梯比較多，而且晚上黑，是標準的老房子，馬桶在床尾，比較臭，但是床上聞不到，外面的風景非常好，不過窗户上有兩坨鳥屎，聯繫後沒有解決，房東回覆較慢，退房日提前幾小時想要問問能不能延長時間，但是沒人回覆，12點左右讓我馬上回去退房，12點十幾我打車回去清潔阿姨還在嘟囔説知道幾點了嗎才回來退房，體驗不佳總體三星吧，主要是位置和風景確實好，服務和設施一般

店裡的裝修風格感覺很簡約時尚，又帶點小特色，很適合📷拍照噢。
房間窗户確實能看見海景，特別特別好看。
民宿位置挺偏的，距離地鐵站不近，要爬好久的台階，房間是青島老房改造的，洗澡和上廁所比較不便。

非常喜歡的風格 入住的體驗也很不錯，有空調和音響很喜歡。就可能地理位置確實有點點不好找，6次打滴回來 司機也都找不到那個路口。但房間是真的超好看。而且窗外就是大海，坐在窗口超級治癒

老城區裏面的房子。房間很乾凈，窗外景色很好看。小建議，如果有路線指引就更好了，晚上到滴，路上是感應燈，不好找

住過最喜歡的民宿，很温馨也很乾凈，太有家的感覺了！地理位置特別好，附近去哪也都方便。早上起來看見滿屋子的陽光，心情都特別好，步行在老城區裏，看着錯落的老房子也特別有味道。如果下次再來青島，還會想住這一間。

真的小 一個人住還不錯 兩個人太擠 洗澡什麼的不太方便 但是距離周邊景點都很近 早上醒來就可以散步去棧橋 睡個午覺溜達去魯迅公園 勝在離青島站也不遠 ps沒有電視也沒有投影

特別喜歡這個房間，很適合一個人旅行的時候住！本來訂了房東另一個民宿，看到這個窗户立馬換訂了這間。270度海景，望出去就是遼闊的大海和老建築，有點在北歐的感覺。雖然樓梯有點多，女生一個人拎行李不是很方便，但是和這個海景比起來完全不算什麼。房間也很乾凈，暖氣就在吧枱下，還有音響，可以坐在床邊的吧枱上邊聽音樂邊吃東西看風景。來的這幾天很冷，夜幕降臨之後衹想快點回房間吃外賣看劇。室內的燈光晚上自拍很好看，床也很舒服完全不會冷。點外賣定位到隔壁35號的民宿然後下去取一下就行。本來想續住的，奈何買不到票了。在這個價位來説性價比真的很值，有機會會再來～

窗外景觀非常棒。窗外北歐小鎮即視感。地勢高，景美。早上躺床上醒來就看到日出和朝霞。房子是老洋房。入住得有心理準備，樓道狹小破舊，跟住貧民窟一樣，入口跟圖10類似（圖10是這一類型建築，非房東樓）。好在房間內佈置宜家風。沙發確實建議弄沙發套翻新下，床品不喜歡。還是白色比較好。洗手間那個淋浴房下水是個問題，洗完澡腳下水深沒過腳踝。有點不適。建議放個墊高的層架。。就算下水緩慢，也不至於腳踩水裡。房子整體滿意。出行方便，周圍全德國舊建築洋房，很有懷舊氛圍感。景觀+內部陳設給80分還是能給。

環境很好，房間景色很不錯，衹是有很多台階，搬行李會有點累。在老洋房，很安全，晚上很安靜。真的很有氛圍感，有小音響，邊聽歌邊看海景太治癒了！
