老闆很熱情，zhusuq和酒店設施配套一致。離碧海銀沙不遠，幼童玩玩沙堆不錯，大童還是黃金海岸更適合。

江浙滬海邊自駕遊首選，帶朋友週末來海邊度假，不虧是江蘇小三亞，附近黃金海灘，五國温泉，碧海銀沙，雙色海奇觀，高層户型的房間裏就能看到海景，真的是太美了，前台的服務也很棒，很貼心的給我們介紹這一圈的景點和遊玩項目，老闆很熱情的招待我們，酒店包早餐，另外還有中餐晚餐可以點菜，節約了時間東西也很實惠好吃，房間衞生也很OK,推薦推薦,威尼斯度假的不二首選。

網上搜了好久，終於找到了一家看得順眼的。空間比較舒適,房間都比較寬敞，沒有特別壓抑。住下來感覺不錯,跟照片一致，哈哈超級舒服。陽台可以坐着喝喝茶打打牌，很不錯呦，我最喜歡這種可以坐在陽台喝喝茶聊聊天的感覺，而且前面風景也不錯。有燒烤，還有餐廳點菜，房間內點綴裝修也很漂亮，很適合一家人出行。帶小孩沙灘拾貝挖沙真是太開心啦！老闆服務特別好，有什麼需求，她都會盡量幫忙交通便利，直接開到樓下停車位，出門幾分鐘就能到這邊恆大海邊沙灘。 房子裝修很好，很乾凈整潔，家人住一起一點不擁擠,真的很棒，下次再來!這裏的風景太美了傍晚日出閑來去海灘走走隨手拍就是大片，第一次認真的寫評論是因為體驗很好，分享給有需要的人。

設施：我們住的是4個房間，5個床的疊墅，房子很大，很舒服，中午點了外賣在餐廳裏吃飯。有個圓枱麪。樓下就是老闆一家，能借到各種用品，我們借了把刀切西瓜。還看見有人包餃子的，其樂融融
衞生：還行吧，民宿不能要求過高，舒服乾淨就行。
環境：開車2分鐘就是碧海銀沙，20分鐘就是黃金海灘。
服務：提供業主卡參觀碧海銀沙。他家新買了腳踏船，娃10歲生日，玩的很愉快

我是隔夜突然訂的，全家出遊陪外孫海邊挖沙而想去啟東海上威尼斯的，已是最後一間房在一樓。去了一看是家庭套房，二衹房間一衹客廳一間廚房一衹衞生間，設施齊全，準備了一次性毛巾浴巾等洗漱用品，想的非常周到。特別是老闆娘一家真心好，早餐任意吃，煮雞蛋荷包蛋隨意吃，中餐在他家“蘇錫酒店＂吃，老闆開車帶我們去，兒子在經營，一家人和藹可親，笑迎八方客，不發達也難！感謝江陰老闆娘一家的熱情接待！

房間裏很臟，到處是灰，有異味，灰多的可以寫字，懷疑床單都沒換，睡著了無數次被癢醒，現在身上過敏了，千萬別來踩坑啊，根本對不起2000元房費

去啟東海上威尼斯遊玩，在攜程訂了蘇錫度假酒店，感覺太給力了，老闆娘的熱情接待，象是到家的感覺，酒店環境別有一番風味，看到高大上的洋房好有氣派，裏面住宿條件也好，能滿足不同客人住宿需求，有60多平方米的客廳，配了麻將台和小朋友遊玩的場景，房間配備了一次性浴巾毛巾，乾淨又衞生，24小時熱水供應，還有好大的廚房，如有興趣到超市買上食材可以直接燒，園區內超市餐飲比比皆是，去海邊也很近，不用去海南在海上威尼斯就能享受到沙灘和一望無際的大海，裏面還有小童王國、五國温泉和遊樂場，真是太美了。
