I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

We had our 2nd stay at the Royal Albatros Moderna over the Christmas period and had another lovely holiday. Again the Hotel was spotless and well maintained, and as we found on our first visit last year all staff we came across were polite and very welcoming, we received excellent service again throughout the Hotel. Christmas Eve was done a little different this year where the Gala dinner was in the Marquee with the celebrations - we didn't enjoy it as much this year with the food in the Marquee, by the time we queued for food and got back to our table the food was cold. We flew back New Years Eve therefore we missed the New Years celebrations. I still think it would be nice to have another heated pool (in the sun) in the winter months away from the activity pool for the guests that prefer it a little quieter. Thank you to all members of staff for helping in giving us another enjoyable Holiday, and also to the front desk/reception/check in for your services. We're already looking to return for Christmas/New Year 2025 with our Sons and their Families. A big shout out to the London Family/Friends who were also returning guests from the previous year. Because we were two people staying in a twin room, after booking on Ctrip, they charged me an extra 10 USD (about 72 RMB), saying that the price was different for two people and one person, even though the room was the same, but they charged me 10 USD more. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal in the hotel was very poor, and even my own data was not working well.

Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. The same could be found on check out.

It was my first visit to Egypt.Definitely not the last.Overall, very good food.The entertainment was absolutely excellent.The animation team was lell selected .Karina, Ksusha, Amir, Mo, Mario, Francesca, Margo, Ola you are the best professionals.I visited a lot of resorts with different entertainments, but you are the best.

The Happy Life Hotel is very beautiful and excellent. The room is very clean. Thank you very much. The house is great and the people here are very respectful. The services at the swimming pool are very excellent, especially the sea. It is very beautiful and clean. The animation team is very excellent and the people are very respectful. The vacation is very nice with them and the parties at night are very excellent. I have to come again.

Отель очень сдал по сравнению с былой роскошью. Однозначно нужно брать Сентидо, а не Риф оазис бич, который ближе к морю. Интернет бесплатный и только на территории Сентидо. В аквапарке и в некоторых бассейнах Риф оазис бич вода мутная. Мы даже не стали плавать, тк страшно заразиться

We spent a wonderful week's vacation in this hotel. I love planning trips and always approach this issue very carefully. There were four of us on vacation (two couples), but I chose the hotel. For me, it was important to meet three main conditions: its own reef, delicious food, clean bed linen. The hotel turned out to be very good, despite the fact that it is 4*, not 5*. Yes, the room they gave us was a little tired, but they gave our friends a new one. It was not a matter of principle for us, since we spent from 8 am to 9 pm outside. Everyone scared us that it is cold in Egypt in November-December, that it is no longer the season. We vacationed from 28.11 to 5.12 - the weather was wonderful. The water temperature is +26, and the air temperature is +24. There are a lot of fish on the flooded pontoon. There were no sharks) There was good unobtrusive animation. Young guys Amir, Chico and Dario are the best! Chico is a great dancer, Dario helped the Russian volleyball team play, and Amir always gave us positive energy and smiles every day. They always invited us to exercise, dance, and play volleyball so that we wouldn't lie around on the beach and accumulate fat from the buffet. The food, by the way, was very tasty and varied. The Italian chef cooked perfect al dente pasta every day, not stuck together macaroni like I have at home. As for alcohol, I'll say this: the local alcohol is different, or it's diluted. If you like to drink, it's better to get it from duty free. I'm not much of a drinker, so a glass of wine with dinner was enough. The hotel is definitely better than some 5* in Egypt (I was in Hurghada in Hawaii Le Jardin - not very good at all, for example). The staff at the reception, in the kitchen - everyone is very friendly and smiling. I can safely recommend this hotel. But keep in mind that it's far from the center - not walking distance. Here you can really enjoy the peace and unity with nature (the gardener at the hotel is also great). The beach is in a bay, so you can hide from the wind even out of season.
