非常棒的酒店！前台幫我們升級到山水景觀房，看出去樓宇掩映在綠樹叢林之中。
大堂吧有很多飲品免費供應，尤其是現磨咖啡，十分滿足心頭之好。
房間很大，佈局温馨。
早餐品種豐富，餐廳景觀視野極佳，餐廳服務員李晨服務熱忱親切，讓我們選擇很多莆田特色美食並送到餐桌，扁食和手工煎包味道不錯😋

空有那麼大的規模，那麼大氣的大堂，居然房間味道重，空調噪音大，地下車庫破舊，一陣陣的發黴味，像是那種老舊酒店，還不如品牌連鎖酒店，搞不懂這麼高的評分是怎麼做到的！附上半夜手機錄的空調噪音！

這個1分的點評，是對我前一個五星好評的糾錯，原因是酒店的員工***的惡劣表現。請求客人給五星好評，可以理解；要客人説謊，有點過了；17日早上離店，到19日還不還我住店按金，可以理解為工作失誤，能包容；19日早上向這個自稱“我是莆田悦華酒店賓客關係主任***”、微信名“又困了”的人催要，居然一反當初向我要求給五星好評時的友好，不還給我，就太過分了；20傍晚攜程介入幫我討要，居然還説謊，堅持説已經還給我按金，就不上路了。口説無憑，我向攜程提供了按金付款憑據，要求酒店出示退款憑據 ，***居然施緩兵之計答應第二天上午給憑據，實際上與攜程溝通之後才打款給我。第二天居然還耍心機用手指頭擋住日期發退款憑據，那就是人品問題了。後來酒店作了處理，想想也算了，結果到今天28日這個當事人***也沒一句道歉（圖三是最後的對話），所以補這個點評。

有一説一，這個酒店的客房服務和主樓硬件在莆田算是天花板級別，但是！餐廳服務質量令人噁心，個個都是撲克臉，問了都不會説話，特別投訴餐廳煮麪阿姨，整的幫你煮是恩賜你，臉色那個臭啊！望改進！
