One of the worst properties and it doesn't deserve a Gold Crown. The pictures are false all the way. The apts given to RCI members have never been updated, are dark, and grimy. The showers and AC did not work properly, the curtains are dark canvas, blackout w/no sheers behind them. Paint chipping on the counters, windows and doors. The facilities are not much better. There's no reference material w/hours of operation and/or location. All the roads and parking, except leading to reception, are dirt w/large craters. When it rain everything was a muddy mess. There is no laundry, the pool was dirty and the beach opens late and closes early. If you look at their webpage it looks like a 5 star property, it far from it. We spent 3 weeks in country and this was our worst accommodation, Glamping was 100% better and far less expensive. Don't was your time or money with this property.

Everything what is new (and more expensive) is OK, everything what is sold to people who bought 1 or more weeks or points a time ago (like me) has low or bad status. Floors, common areas and apartments have and old and damaged appearance

Solanas is a beautiful place full of trees and parkland all around you. Many amenities to enjoy also. They have clases activities and more to enjoy. Also a great restaurant on-site. It is very peaceful too.

Worst experience in the history of man-kind…. 1) Kids were denied entry to the “pool activities” as they had “a runny nose”…. Despite negative COVID test to enter the country 24 hrs earlier.so instead had to stand in the hot sun for 30 minutes until we could exit 2) could not get towels at the pool as we “did not have a white card”… despite having all the fancy bracelets that we paid extra $$$ for. We had left the “white card” in the room but the guy denied towels for the family… amazing 3) you pay for the hotel ($$$$) but need to pay extra for “access to the pool” at the hotel and “more toilet paper is charged to the room”… can you believe it Heads up…. Find somewhere else to stay in Punta del este!!

Para usufruir do resort é preciso estar com o bolso preparado, tudo é cobrado e em dolares. Funcionários não são muito receptivos e nem preparados para atender quem não fala espanhol.

La habitación no la dan hasta las 16 horas, cosa que NO informaron al hacer la reserva, recién te enteras después de pagar cuando te llega el Voucher; o sea que pagas un día de alojamiento y recién podes entrar a las 16 y a las 10 del día siguiente ya te vas. Además al llegar te cobran 15 dólares por persona de una “tasa administrativa” de la cual NO informaron al hacer la reserva. Obvio que te quejas y les decís todo esto y no tenés suerte ninguna. El resto de la experiencia se los cuento después, pero no arranca bien

El complejo es muy bonito. Me alojé en green Park, el apartamento bien pero de mala calidad constructiva. Muy ruidoso. El ingreso a la lagoon cuesta 120 dólares por día, un disparate. Poca opción gastronómica dentro del complejo. Buena ubicación. Es necesario ir con coche.

O Atendimento foi eficiente, feito por funcionários bem preparados desde a entrada até o dia da saída. Local bem arborizado é extremamente bem cuidado, por funcionários que mantém a limpeza do local e do apartamento diariamente.
