It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

We had the most beautiful time at the hotel. The hotel is self sufficient, you can spend days without having to go out . The buffet is amazing, the swimming pool and play area for kids is great. I would recommend for families. The manager had to go out of his way to make sure our stay was great. I will visit again.

Great as always. Nice weekend getaway.
The hot springs didn’t work because the temperature outside is too high. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

早上六點半不到，就有人修房子，金屬敲打的聲音，然後七點半，走廊就跟戲班子一樣一大家子吵吵鬧鬧，忍無可忍，開門要對方注意點，而兩個服務員在現場，説打電話給領導……我也是醉了……十樓，七樓，五樓，我們總共定了七個房間，計劃住四天，第二天果斷換地方……

酒店設施都很完善，前台很熱情，為我們服務的是小傅小姐姐，服務很到位，我們去的比較晚了，房間幫我們升級了一下，非常感謝！
酒店環境很不錯，有自帶的泳池和温泉，適合帶小朋友一起來玩兒，酒店內的設施都能玩一天。其次房間很安靜，睡眠質量也有很大提升。
早餐:早餐是 7～10，乾淨衞生，個人覺得種類還可以再增加一些，也可能是我們去晚了。
整體來説是推薦的😜

2015年開業的酒店，歐式裝修風格，維護的挺不錯了，有温泉和水上樂園，除了沒有高爾夫，是很合格的度假酒店了。大堂、電梯、走廊櫃子枱麪乃至淋浴間地面，從花紋都能看出花了心思，電梯的大理石直接部分選用了漢白玉，造價不菲。父親説這個項目當年參加了錢江杯，來檢查的時候還沒完全造好，現在看還是很不錯的。服務值得讚賞，五星酒店的標準達到了，即使是十一婚宴眾多的情況下，大堂禮賓人員對顧客都能做到微笑點頭示意。衞生狀況不錯，床品也比較舒適，浴袍非常鬆軟，毛巾浴巾也很鬆軟且新。早餐種類雖然不夠豐富，但供應出來的餐食品質都不錯，現磨的豆漿非常醇厚，陽春麪雖然沒做到手擀麪程度但麪糰本身勁道，香蕉蛋糕用料厚實，趕上了新出爐的可頌非常鬆軟。唯一的遺憾是房間門板沒那麼厚，表面也有油漆剝落，走廊上有住客大聲喧嘩，房間內聽的很清楚；還有就是走廊地毯有點黑，這個是酒店通病，太難清理了。總體感受挺好，是家庭出行的優項選擇，會推薦給同事朋友。

定的這個套房非常好，寶寶在裏面住得很開心！
入住第二天是温泉第一次開放。但温泉和泳池的管理排隊很無序，服務人員也對後面排隊的人表示愛答不理，並且要求在房間裏換好泳衣下去，不讓用更衣室，也不懂為什麼。讓抱着寶寶的我非常無語。
除此之外的早餐很好，前台人員，禮賓部反應都很及時。
