Excellent trea**ent and experience at the Hotel. Isabel from Reception and Elvira in the Dining Room showed a professional and detailed trea**ent in all interventions and resolved doubts.
All the staff very friendly and cordial. Excellent beds and very good entertainment. The night with a great flamenco tablao and the food in the dining room varied and fresh.

We stayed as a family great grandma , granny , auntie, daughters , a toddler and two babies in May 24 There was an issue with the showers and water pressure to all 3 bathrooms We reported this to reception that were aware and would be a few more days to wait to be fixed ... Eventually we were given a new shower head that helped in one bathroom But not in the others. Water pressure was an issue it took forever to run the bath , with enough water to bathe the babies. The dinning room floor was not moped let alone swept Food left on it overnight encouraging ants ... Food was ok , but not hot Not great choice Not enough staff , or high chairs Waiting a long time for drinks with dinner , even water Never shown to a table to sit at , total chaos ! Waited a long time for drinks in the bar on an evening. The snack bar was poor , so we ordered food off the pool bar menu That was better. There was never any soap in the pool toilet ... The staff were all lovely. Just simply not enough of them , anywhere !

Excellent facilities for family’s, we went in a family party which included two toddlers under 2 years. Lovely children’s pool area , well supervised by staff, very clean and well maintained, it felt safe. There were lots of sun beds , so no hassle getting settled for the day, there was a nice pool bar for drinks and snacks, which were reasonably priced. There was a separate pool area for adults, which we thought was a great idea, as not everyone wants to be around children. The animation team were very enthusiastic, and our little one’s enjoyed the mini disco!!! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The buffet food was to a good standard and there was flexibility if you wanted to exchange lunch for dinner and vice versa, which we did. Short walk to an excellent supermarket, which has everything you might need, when travelling with young children. A short walk in the opposite direction to a small complex of bars and restaurants, which were very reasonably priced.

I had a very pleasant experience in the hotel. The rooms are fine. And the food was good! The location of the hotel is good and, the area is very nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. They work very hard, and really deserve a bonus!

The hotel is modern and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. however they offer little vegetarian choice. I did complain & they asked me to speak to the chef which I did. He was helpful & made me something to eat. But as the days go on the only vegetarian option is pasta. The snack bar extremely poor & only offered cheese rolls which quickly ran out, considering the size and capacity of this hotel, one tray of rolls does not suffice . For meat eaters this hotel is good but be prepared to wait in a long queue to get your hamburger. The drinks package for all-inclusive is very good the wine, cava & beer are all excellent, however at main bar the only offer table waiter service and again for a hotel of this size it did not work as only 1 or 2 staff were waiting on tables which meant you had to wait a long time to get served, place order then get drinks. My advice order double. Unfortunately even though the kids pool was great for them, we will not be returning

Went with family and yes, the splash park was fab for the kids.... however, food was luke warm/cold. Same repetitive food every night. Nothing is prepped so long queues waiting on food being made. Snack bar appauling. Cheese or ham rolls was all that was on offer laid out and never enough for the amount of guests in Hotel. They also take the rolls away during the times the restaurant is open at lunch, which is ludicrous when you have kids playing in the pool and done want to go to restaurant. The restaurant is chaotic and didn't flow and tables very close to each other ... not relaxing at all. Food wasn't replenished quickly enough so empty dishes and bowls around, generally not enough staff and not enough chefs on the hot food section so waiting long times to be served. Its got to be thee worse Snack bar I've ever experienced. I wouldn't class this as 4 star... far from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms are OK , need to be updated as in better showers. Entertainment was average. Alot of French, who were very loud and rude at times.Sadly would never return and would not recommend!

The hotel itself was lovely. Every single staff member was so helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Especially Mustafa the night time receptionist, he was lovely. The rooms were clean and quiet spacious, and very comfortable. However, I wouldn't say the star rating was accurate due to the appalling meals. My husband and I paid for half-board, but the breakfast were awful. Then when we went down for our evening meal, it was the same boring, bland, stale, disgusting food. Plus on the last 2 occasions, we went down for breakfast. There was no clean tables, even though there was plenty of space nobody was cleaning up. For the last 5 days, we actually went out to eat because the food had made us both quite ill. You advertise for English guests but seem to cater more for the German market. The meal time experience ruined our stay at your hotel. We would come back but would not pay for any meals

Arrived late at night for a one night stay whilst visiting friends. Quite a quick check in by nice staff. Given a room (464) which overlooked the pool. However, when I got in the room there were no towel nor was there any coffee/Tea making facilities which the website had said there would be! There was a phone but no where could I find a number to ring reception to tell them about the towels. I was tired and it was late so off to bed I went. Breakfast the next day was OK. Served 7:30 - 10:30am (Nice long time) - Cava available but long waits for hot drinks from the 2 machines they had. Food was ok, hot food was Luke warm only. Toaster worked well. I couldn't find a clean table to sit at so sat at a dirty one with someone else's dirty plates left on it! Quiet area which was fine for me.
