Nice location right on the private beach. The path to the beach leads over a footbridge with ponds with ducks and birds. Beautiful gardens. Room facilities are simple and outdated, but clean.
Foothills bathrooms should be refreshed. Wifi for a fee is no longer up to date and should be included. Alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive offer tend to be cheaper and lower quality. You pay extra for better quality. The food is sufficient, sometimes the freshness and quality is lacking.
Staff is friendly and do a good job.
The hotel has potential but there is certainly still room for improvement.

Food was horrible. Drinks were horrible. My fiancé and a couple of other people got sick from the food. Rooms were outdated and not clean. Parts of the resort were also not clean.
The entertainment was great and we met a lot of great people. We will not be back.

The hidden fees are the biggest disappointment.
1. WiFi daily fee, per device(It didn’t work half of the time)
2. Guest fee was $82 a person daily, if someone even visits you.
3. Room safe usage fee (Never heard of before)
4. The lobby was the only update part of the property.
5. This hotel is a 3 star tops…
