So relaxing, staff are really nice reception staff always give a warm welcome, bar and restaurant staff as well , guys doing cleaning and maintenance are great as are room cleaners , Food is excellent everything here is spotless, location is just far enough away from main ***** 10 mins from promenade and beach , lovely restaurants near by and loads of bars . Ideal location if your staying in Puerto del carmen really enjoying our stay here many thanks highly recommended Nige and Jan South Wales.

Third time in Lanzarote and this is by far the best place. From arriving with complimentary cava a bottle of wine in our fridge with water supplied every day. Spotless large room , large shower room and a spare room. Swimming pool was amazing so warm. Breakfast perfect no rush just as much at 11am as at 8am. Three evening meals were great. Such lovely staff always helpful . Cocktails were lush, think I tried them all. Thanks to everyone for making this a perfect holiday

The Best for cleanliness with attention to detail, food and without doubt the friendliness of the Aqua team. From the first minute of arriving we were treated so genuinely friendly. Accommodation very spacious with two rooms and a shower room. Everything in working order and spotless. The dining room served from 8-11 buffet breakfast continuously replenished with a hot breakfast cooked to order. A fair sized heated pool and Europes largest Jacuzzi were a very short walk away. We booked B&B however ate dinner three times during our stay. The bar service was efficient with professional attitudes. Cocktails were first class and not made with syrups. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon talking to other guests it was astounding how many were not making their first visit. Some visit 3 times per year. We are planning to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary next year. We have certainly found the jewel in the crown. A shout out to the members of the team that went the extra mile. We have just returned back from an excellent stay. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service was second to none; cleaning was excellent and the whole Complex was spotless; all the hotel staff were very efficient and helpful from reception to breakfast staff. We came with two 20 something daughters - there is an abundance of restaurants and bars. Old town had the best views. Recommend Puerto Bahia for the view and food. Location is great for beach only a slight 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

What a place this is our second visit ,it's just as good as my first fantastic staff from reception to cleaning crew it's spotless well maintained credit to all off them, it maybe a little out of the way but it's a five minute walk down hill to the beach ,we used taxis at night 3euros hotel food and drink is reasonable will I be back YES

A great place to stay. One of those rare places where it feels like everything is done for the benefit of the holidaymaker. We stayed as a family of four in a pool view suite on a b&b basis. The apartment was incredibly clean. There was ample room in the room itself and the balcony was spacious with room for a table and chairs and two sun loungers. Food at breakfast was great; a good selection of cereals, fruit, pastries with hot food cooked to order. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but the specials board looked inviting each day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is close to the main ***** in PDC but removed enough from the action to feel calm and relaxing. As others have mentioned, those with mobility issues may find the walk back uphill a bit too much but for most it won’t be an issue. If I had to find a minor fault (and this is being incredibly picky) the main pool is quite deep throughout which was a bit tricky with kids too big for the kids pool. Also plenty of sun loungers but quite a few in the shade by the main pool during the day. That said, balconies all seem to get sun at some point during the day and many people stay by their rooms rather than accessing the pool. We had a lovely holiday. PDC was busy due to Easter holidays but some really good restaurants and meals out. Recommend Little Elm, Universo, BFF’s and La Lanterna amongst those within fairly close proximity to the hotel.

Lovely place . Large comfortable and clean rooms . Nice touch having sun beds on balcony. Breakfast was great . We stayed 5 nights and ate dinner in the hotel once at the weekly bbq which was nice and great value. Friendly helpful staff and we Would definately return .

Recently stayed at this hotel. Had large bedroom with balcony and beds. Sunshine from 11.00 a.m.till 6 p.m. Brakfast excellent with superb staff. Sam always smiling.Christian, Anna, Victoria and Selena always kind and smiling. But,above all, the ony and oly SEBASTIAN - he is UNIQUE. We miss all your kind words. You must visit Dublin. Sometimes had dinner in hotel, and the Italian Chef delighted us with delicious food, in particular, the Wild Mushroom Risotto. My husband and myself stayed here in March and we found the hotel and staff were all amazing. We had to leave early as my father passed away and the staff were lovely and really helpful especially Sam in the restaurant I can't thank you enough for all you did. The hotel is spotless,the staff are all lovely always smiling and the food was amazing
