Wonderful hotel! Beautiful architecture. It’s a hotel dedicated to wellness, and they do a great job. My husband stayed there couple months ago and had a wonderful yoga session with Karen Lozano, the session was so great that he decided to bring his group of friends to have the same experience. Unfortunately they didn’t have the number of rooms to accommodate us all; but we were still able to organize a class with Karen (sound healing) and it was amazing!!! The rooms are beautiful, super comfortable, and they offer free aromatherapy. The restaurant has a wonderful variety of healthy choices. My only recommendation is that they should let the guest know about their free classes at check in, I found out too late that I had that option.

The problem was that I left at dawn and wanted to check out and there was no one at the reception, security or parking

Very good impression of this hotel, cost-effective, better and cheaper than Mexico City Airport. Well, the airport is for connecting flights. There is a bus from Mexico City Airport to Puebla. It takes ten minutes to get off the bus and take a taxi to the hotel. The traffic is very convenient. The breakfast is local, but the scrambled eggs and broccoli are very suitable for the Chinese stomach. Hahaha The fruit is very fresh. The room we booked does not include breakfast. We paid for the card in the morning. The waiters are very good, but not much English, but the basic communication is still no problem

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and it has all the services and facilities needed such as: Wi-Fi, dryer, soap and shampoo, safe, telephone, heating, among others. The room was clean and the noise was perfectly isolated in the room, so we could rest without problems. The only detail is that sometimes the noise of the aspirator is heard to other rooms, and one could be spant**** thinking it is something in the room pipe. They have a quite large pool on the last floor, lift, parking and restaurant with room service option. In addition, with an additional cost you can access buffet breakfast, which I consider a good option, as it has several plates such as: chilaquiles, starred and revuelted eggs, omelets, bread, hot cakes, cheese, The hotel was very friendly and was very friendly and very friendly. The only negative aspects during my visit were that: 1) I was offered room at the last floor promised I would have access to a lounge-like room with a stick and drinks, And when they arrived, they told me that there was no more access for contingency issues (later I found that they actually rented the space for an event of a company), which if I had a lot of trouble, because I paid more for this option than at the end it included nothing of this; if they were to rent the room, at least they would have offered the option of carrying more bottles of water and coffee with cakes to the room. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to have a nice restaurant. The after-pay type of apple was very cold, he knew he had already been in the refrigerator for several days.

Nice hotel from the outside, paper-thin walls, no soundproofing whatsoever. Enjoy your neighbors’ tv programs while you try to sleep. Bummer: no fridge is working, And seeing the last year in reviews it’s been going on for a while. Saving electricity or just bad fridges? Or let’s blame your penny pinching attitude on Covid or global warming?… Not a good impression for one of Puebla’s more expensive places. Apparently they got the refrigerators for decoration. Upgrades for HH Diamond? Sometimes but not really, depends how moody we are,doesn’t it ? Absolutely and totally inflexible ,greed is everywhere in this place and certainly not a good example of a hilton. Starting with the listless and Tip-greedy bellboys ,that can’t even say hello, ending with utterly cheap and bad construction inside. Can you imagine to be woken up by a neighbor opening the curtains in an adjacent room? Well, here you get it all. Then even better: Lying into your face about Upgrades not available,then on their website…wooosh all empty, just pay for it. Greed is good? Not always. Bad,bad impression. Best thing is the terrible location in the middle of nowhere next to an 8 lane expressway. The next shopping center is 2 km away. You need to have a car or risk your life by crossing the highway and catching a public bus to get to the center which is like 1 hour away. They have a Starbucks on site which doesn’t even accept the Mexican App and has made-up prices as I haven’t ever seen before. In a regular Mexican Starbucks a coffee costs you around 1.70$ here be prepared paying 5$…lol I won’t ever return to this one. Somehow I am not very tolerant when people lie at me ore consciously try to rip off. Loving the 5 star reviews, either coming from Hilton employees or people that never stayed in real hotels…or living in a shed.(sorry,shed-dwellers) Forget about this place. Something positive : cleaning staff is doing a hard and thorough job, all of the restaurant crew was exceptionally professional and friendly. The problem is reception and their made-up rules as well as their greedy behavior as mentioned before. The Restaurant staff saved you from 1 Star…not that you would care, I know …
