Desde el momento que llegamos con mi esposa, fuimos recibidos de forma muy atenta y cordial por Yohanna y en general todo el personal siempre dispuestos y preocupados de solucionar cualquier detalle que uno pudiera tener. La ubicación exelente y el desayuno con sus huevos revueltos espectacular, gracias a todos y volveremos encantados.

El desayuno pésimo la atención pésima para lo que cuesta no es contundente, carece de variedad y no es proporcional con el número de personas en la mesa , a futuro mi recomendación mejorar la atención para que sea un momento más grato

Pésima la recepción, primero te imponen desayuno a las 8.30 porque están llenos y es el único horario, te cobran 150 mil por noche por una pieza muy enana (mi señora y y mi hija de 6 años) , sin aire acondicionado y con mucha calor la pieza, tenía un ventilador y estaba malo y la preguntar ya no tenía. Sin estacionamiento fijo y era disponibilidad según llegada, tuve que dejar mi auto en la calle a expuesto de cualquier riesgo, pregunté por el costado que había espacio y me dijeron que no se podía porque era de los dueños. La recepcionista deben enviar a un curso de atención al cliente

Llegamos al hotel y nuestra reserva no estaba registrada. Tuvieron que llamar porque ellos no tienen la info aqui.
Habitacion 25 del sector nuevo. No tiene telefono asi que las preguntas y servicio implicaba bajar a recepcion.
Nada acogedor, recepcion tiene chimenea pero no la enciende! Y estaba frio todo el hotel.
Lo peor, el agua sale casi fria! No se
Paga un hotel de ese precio, con agua fria en la ducha!!!
Desayuno de supermercado. Creo que para ser en el sur, deberia ser algo mas casero
