Minus 10. This resort is the pits. How you can call it a beach resort I’m unsure the nearest beach is 1.9kms away across a main road. The rooms are ok just. If your AC works you are in one of the better rooms. There is no safe in any of the rooms our AC unit throws dirt all over the top bunk and the cloths we had on the bed at the time. The pool is closed from 1pm to 3 pm with no lifeguard who also has a day off a week so the pool is closed. There are no towels at the pool so bring your own. The food is never hot only warm and the Resturant has no AC and gets hot when full very quickly. WiFi is only available in reception and is very week even there. Reception has no AC so heats up as well. This establishment has been closed because of COVID for a year but we took it over for two months, they didn’t prepare the place for our arrival at all five weeks in there are still ****s in the paths and they are still painting the place. Our block of apar**ents have no lights on the paths at night. When we arrived the drains all stank this was sorted by running the tapes and flushing the loo about ten times. If you go to the pool bar at night be aware the toilets are locked and you have to go back to your room.

No facilities worth mentioning apart from the pool. Good level of cleanliness and most staff are friendly though not at all helpful, I've never been told no so many times in a hotel ever, and all I'm asking for is things like a coffee past 10am or a coca cola in the night (not room service as this is non existent anyway, just trying to buy one I can literally see with my eyes and still being told no) Final straw for me was the hotel making you leave your bag at the entrance at dinner like I'm in some hostel in Cambodia. I wonder if they are taking responsibility for anything that goes missing, my guess is no. WIFI IS A LIE THERE IS NO WIFI OR 3G ON YOUR PHONE All in all a thoroughly bog standard experience akin to a hostel or 2 start establishment. I would hazard a guess that literally every hotel on the island is nicer than this. TV in room doesnt work And this beach village hotel is a 20 minute rocky walk to the beach including a descent down a cliff basically!!

We stayed for 10 days in this village, a village full of fun! The services offered are well looked after, excellent cleaning of the rooms always precise, the kitchen could be improved but not bad. Excellent reception service, super available at any time and every need was satisfied. Top entertainment, a special praise to Samuele who made us spend the holiday with a smile, always kind, polite and very entertaining so much so that we could never say no to him!

Generally, for people who want to visit Sardinia, there is probably no more beautiful sea and beach that can be found here, and even the beach located next to the hotel is beautiful, although it is almost 2 kilometers from the hotel. There is a bus, but it runs irregularly and that's the problem. Then, if you want to come here, you should only do it on your own with a rented car, not with any Itaka that offers ridiculous All Inclusive, but those are the things, + Room cleaning, silence, peace. Bus to the beach, if not that there are several siestas during the day - Location No wifi Poor communication No shops Poor "all inclusive" so it is better to choose options without all-in Small selection of vegetarian dishes and the hotel advertises that it has such dishes, I am not talking about salads, the food is monotonous, no fresh fruit, vegetables and desserts Beach towels too much extra charge 6€ for measurable towels which gives 42€ per week for clean towels, probably a lot for an All-in holiday Noisy by the pool - hotel for Italians on summer camps Strange - worse trea**ent of customers from all inclusive Assigned room at the maximum edge Serving drinks in plastic cups Dummy TV, there was a TV but not connected, no cable

We stayed at this property for 7 days. The location is ideal for visiting the beaches and coves in the surrounding area: Rena Majore, Rena Bianca, la Marmorata, the beaches of Cala Testa are 15/30 minutes away. We were able to go to one in the morning, return for lunch and visit another in the afternoon. The structure is very large with houses with a maximum of 2 floors with a single entrance. Spectacular view, you can see the sea and the sun sets right there. Fantastic entertainment, they entertain children, teenagers and adults with various activities. Good food, fresh and always varied, it never ends so don't worry. Evening with TOP Sardinian food!!! The private beach can be reached by shuttle which runs continuously morning and afternoon according to its schedule. On a negative note, the rooms are a little dated, being in the open countryside there are ants and other insects that could enter, but at least in my wing the cleaning lady tidied up the room, every day, impeccably.

A premise for the club they...don't answer please. Use your time to check out the facility and hire competent staff. Thanks Terrible experience!!!!! I stayed for two weeks. Upon arrival they give you the keys (You have to find the room yourself) and you find an old and dirty room with the smell of mold!! and maybe even pee from the dogs that previously lived in the room. Complete with tufts of hair under the beds!!! Let's leave aside the bathroom. It's disgusting. They do the cleaning at 4pm with a drop of dirty, black water in the bucket where they have previously passed other rooms. Duration to clean a room of five people 2 minutes including the bathroom and without using detergent. Spiders and ants everywhere. The lesser of the evils is the wild boar poop on the landing. I went to reception to ask if they would come to remove the spiders and ants but after a whole day and two complaints, no one showed up. So I took the car and went to buy spider and ant spray!!!!! As shown by the photos I attach, I took photos both in the living room and in the room on the first day and during the holiday. The floor in the '"CANTEEN"' lounge, NO OFFENSE TO THE CANTEENS. It had never been washed. The cobwebs and the dirt on the tablecloths under the paper ones were getting worse. VOMITING. There were five of us. And we never managed to eat together. Endless queues for the first courses where the director was there to serve the pasta!!!!!! I think the director should hire the competent people to serve (and not him) and the Director should go around checking everyone the services, on the other hand, are all up in the air and all in the u**ost economy. I asked the pizza gentleman if he would give me five pieces of pizza so as not to have to queue five times but there was nothing towards the children who had to queue to get them. a slice of pizza!!! Seconds were better when the blonde lady Francesca was there... only for the service she gave... because the food was really of poor quality. Even the peas looked like bullets. The pasta was always hard and full of water. In the dining room, Cristian was one of the very few who, when there were no more tables and you had plates in your hands and couldn't sit down, would clear the table for you and re-set the table which in the meantime was shrouded in flies. Are we talking about the pastry chef? Nooooo, come on, look at the photo of the cake table and you'll realize.....I'm just telling you that the (frozen) cake was mushy on the plate. Sardinian evening??? I ask for pork chops and he gives me half a head. He tells me they are the same and he got confused🤦. Non-Sardinian olives, cheese and spicy salami from Eurospin. The haidi milk of Germany. Fruit shrouded in flies. The melon ran out before half lunch, watermelon ditto... I don't think such a structure can buy 3 melons and four watermelons. Staff giving food without gloves and without headphones..

Splendid place, helpful staff and AMAZING entertainment! Thanks to this place we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, enjoying every moment. Our 3 year old couldn't wait to go and do the baby dance (never done before) and to see the evening show. I'm not a fan of animations, in fact I usually try to avoid any involvement, but the boys led by village chief Cosimo Pasqua were fantastic, never intrusive, friendly, helpful and artistically engaging. The staff at Club Esse are super helpful, excellent and plentiful food, smiling and kind kitchen staff, spacious, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. A HOLIDAY TO ABSOLUTELY REPEAT!

So, the only positive thing is the entertainment, the village manager Cosimo was exceptional even though we only saw the evening show. Dirty restaurant, cheap food and my best company canteen, dirty rooms, stained sheets, no one to take you to your room to make sure everything is in order. I do not recommend anyone to stay there, other guests have told me that they had a great time in other club facilities they have stayed in. Change the director!!! because if it goes wrong it's his sole responsibility... there are no valid excuses! NEVER AGAIN... MONEY WASTED IN THE WIND.

It's a shame not to exploit the potential of the structure. Negative: poor cuisine, cold second courses at dinner (probably cooked hours before and "warmed up" by pouring a sauce on top), queue to eat a slice of margherita (the only thing edible according to my children), friendliness of the kitchen/dining room staff , constant presence of numerous bees in the dining room, old and poorly maintained structure, noisy room air conditioning, small rooms, telephones that have no connection and the wifi only works in the swimming pool and reception. Positive: beach (especially the adjacent one frequented by nudists), entertainment, recent sports facilities (2 tennis courts, 1 five-a-side football pitch, swimming pool), availability of shuttle drivers, pizza.
