On the positive side, I must say that the park where the hotel is located is very beautiful, well-kept and relaxing. Our beautiful junior suite, located on the 2nd floor of a building next to the main building, large, clean, very comfortable bed. On the 1st floor of the same building there is an interesting sun terrace with jacuzzi. Rich breakfast, both for sweets and savory ones. What I liked least is the main building, where there is the reception and the breakfast room-restaurant: in my opinion it should be a bit modernized and repainted on the outside. However, the stay was positive and it is quite close to the Imola racetrack (about 15 minutes by car).

4 star hotel so to speak, but no criticism for that. Stained and dirty towels, room ok but not very clean

Beautiful nineteenth-century spa structure with a stratospheric park that has lost its ancient charm! Unfortunately, the structure has hardly been modernized at all and remains far from the standards of a four-star hotel. It seems to have remained in the 70s-80s, the cleaning is adequate, the staff is professional and trained! Good breakfast and decent restaurant! If the necessary renovations were made it would be a fairytale place!

I chose the Grand Hotel Terme for my daughter's Confirmation, for the elegance of the rooms and for the beautiful secular park that lent itself well to the usual photos. The organizational staff was able to grasp and satisfy my every request. I was pleasantly surprised by the table presented by the Staff, 25 seats, where every detail was not at all left to chance. From the flowers in the center of the table to the placeholders, all curated and personalized. Staff very professional and available for every request of my guests, menu agreed with the Chef very good and with the right quantities. The park is suitable for the usual photos but also for post-lunch relaxation with a pleasant walk.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and overall I was fine. Hotel immersed in a beautiful park, very close to the historic center which can be easily reached on foot in ten minutes. The structure is a bit dated, the rooms are nevertheless welcoming even if the bathroom might need a bit of updating. Good breakfast and great attention is paid to anti-covid measures. All very clean. Friendly and professional staff. We couldn't enjoy the spa since it was the weekend.

If you want to have a healthy holiday this is the place. Not only are there the adjacent thermal baths where you can do all the thermal and aesthetic trea**ents, but the hotel is immersed in this splendid plain made up of unique plants and centuries-old trees that you want to spend a whole day admiring them. When you walk you have to pay attention to the path because chestnuts or mushrooms can happen under your feet and you can only get excited by the beauty of the place, so whatever the period of the visit there will always be gifts of nature to observe. The structure is well presented and with all its history of over 150 years of presence in the area, it has rooms for all needs and comforts, preserving its elegance and style of the past to the current modernity. But the beauty is to stay here, because the staff take care of you in every way. They pay particular attention to each customer for every need, and it is not just about being kind and competent, each of them transmits joy and happiness and shows their pleasure in following you and pampering you, because yes, you feel truly pampered. Finally, you cannot help but enter the enchanted world found at the Acquavite restaurant. Because Chef Angelo excites you at every meal with his healthy but above all delicious dishes for all tastes and palates, from gluten-free to vegan, served by an impeccable dining room staff in the ways of serving you. If you are thinking of taking a carefree holiday that regenerates the body and mind, there is nowhere else to go

The hotel is a beautiful structure in the middle of the park even if rather dated, which can be nice for the size of the common areas, but not for some features of the room such as the fixtures. The bathroom is a bit small with little possibility of using the shelves. Good breakfast. Much attention to anti-COVID measures.
