I stayed 2 nights for work at the B&B Silvia and I had a really great time, the location of the room next to an internal car park was excellent so it was quiet, the room was completely renovated and was clean and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the bar next to the ground floor which is part of the complex, the choice of cakes and croissants is good, you can have a hot drink and a cold one. The girls who manage the structure are kind. The only flaw in my opinion is the lack of a bidet in the bathroom but that is compensated by everything else.

Hôtel appartenant à une pâtisserie. Les responsables sont très accueillants et arrangeants! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et ils nous ont trouvé une solution pour récupérer les clés. Chambre familiale propre et calme, nous avons 2 enfants mais il n’y avait qu’un lit simple pour les 2 ( + un lit bébé mais aucune utilité pour nous). Le petit déjeuner est très limité, 1 boisson et 1 pâtisserie très bonne mais dommage on reste sur notre faim. Pour le prix c’est très correct.

Sono stato al B&B Silvia con la mia famiglia. La struttura è nuova e la nostra camera era spaziosa e comoda. Le camere sono al primo piano di una piccola palazzina con a piano terra il fornitissimo bar dove si fa la colazione, abbondante e ottima. La struttura ha un grande parcheggio e si trova a circa 10 minuti dal centro storico di Pisa. Il personale è simpatico e gentile. Ottima soluzione.

Ottima esperienza consigliatissima! Siamo stati in zona in famiglia per una breve vacanza natalizia e se dovessimo tornare sicuramente chiederemo a Silvia (proprietaria) la possibilità di ri-ospitarci. Intanto la posizione è fantastica equidistante (pochi minuti di macchina) da Pisa, Lucca e dal mare. Camera nuovissima, pulita, calda, bella vista dalla finestra sui monti Pisani. Ottima soluzione per vivere giornate intense nella cultura e nel divertimento e ritrovare serenità e pace di sera. La cosa super fantastica è il fatto che sotto alle camere del beb ci sia la pasticceria gestita proprio da Silvia e da un meraviglioso staff di ragazzi giovani e gentili!!!! Ottima colazione con paste fresche e ottimo aperitivo che non ci siamo mai fatti mancare. Tutto super approvato anche dalla nostra bambina di 10 anni! La pasticceria chiude alle 20.00 quindi si dormono sonni beati e tranquilli in un contesto di storia ed arte unico. Grazie Silvia e famiglia. Speriamo di rivederci presto.

Village très bien situé entre Pise et Lucques. Accueil très gentil, mais la chambre «Tourterelle » donne sur une route très bruyante, même la nuit. L’établissement appartient à une pâtisserie, et le petit-déjeuner est étrangement réduit : un café et une seule pâtisserie par personne, pas de pain, pas de jus de fruit, pas de second café ni de seconde pâtisserie proposés. Dommage car ce geste ne coûterait pas bien cher à l’établissement. Par ailleurs les pâtisseries sont excellentes !

In occasione dell’Agrifiera siamo stati ospiti della signora Silvia. Camera spaziosa e molto curata, presenti prodotti per fare la doccia, la signora ed il suo staff sono molto disponibili per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo chiesto un ulteriore cuscino (nonostante ne avessimo già due ciascuno) e la nostra richiesta è stata subito soddisfatta. Le camere sono situate sopra il bar pasticceria con produzione propria di fantastici dolci. Colazione super. Abbiamo pranzato da loro a menù fisso e siamo rimasti molto contenti. Se passate da quelle parti vi consiglio di fermarvi lì anche solo per una buona colazione.
