Contrary to description the Sauna is not for free, there is a fee of 20e which is a lot for Calabria. I complained to the staff to not avail. There is no free bottle of water in the room on arrival which is very peculiar for a four stars hotel. The water glasses were dirty. Bathroom was not as clean as it shall be but overall ok. The climatisation had to be turned off at night because it is too loud, it even woke me up when it restarted in the middle of the night. The rooms are not sound proof I could even heard when they trashed glasses at dawn. The room I was in had not a nice view as it was looking on backyard. I can't tell about breakfast as I had not taken it.

Great hotel, great staff, great location directly on the sea. They probably have one of the best breakfasts you could find in Italy.
The only sore point is the restaurant. It's excellent but the portions leave something to be desired (and those who go to the south want to eat well and abundantly).
In general I can only give an extremely positive rating to the structure and recommend this choice to everyone.

Good location. Clean, modern, minuscule room. Cheap construction, falling apart (towel rack fell off the wall). Shower doors leak and flood entire bathroom floor. Staff minimally proficient in English - not enough to handle the simplest requests.

Don’t stay here. Small overpriced rooms. If you want to use the hotel jacuzzi or steam room they charge €25 extra per person PER hour. This is a rip off. The hotel is next to the sea but has terrible views. Will never stay here again. I expect more from best western

This property offers small rooms with no view or balcony. It doesn’t have a pool or any other facilities and if you want to use the jacuzzi or steam room they demand that guests pay €25 per HOUR per Person. What a rip off. I expected more from Best Western Plus

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The beach is across from the
hotel. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is available for 6 euros and well worth the money. Our only regret was that we wished we had scheduled another day here!

This is a high quality hotel. Beautiful rooms, perfect bedding, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. Almost like a luxury hotel. The hotel is 1 minute from a long beach promenade. The gym is insignificant but within 3 min walk there is a large gym with plenty of equipment.

A n hotel of small size and aesthetic countenance. Excellent reception, discreet deportment. The rooms are good and the one offered advantageous. The restaurant auspicious and ambitious. Offering decent fare and excellent local wines. The views from the room as asigned were commendable. The area not of even quality, thus the quality of their hotel exceptional. As per custom the Lido designates a different area when compared to the Catanzaro equivalent. The wines offered from Calabria of value too
