We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy. We had everything we needed.

Good 4 stars to stay in the province of Bergamo on the occasion of work trips. Spacious rooms, comfortable and comfortable mattresses, quick enough WiFi to allow me to work, large bathroom with super shower, adequate air conditioning, good cleaning level. I advise you to take a position on the back of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet, with hot drinks served on the table. Excellent quality price ratio.

We arrived late night and the custodian gently opened us and gave us the keys. Very spacious and clean room. Nice place in the center of the country. Since it is in the ZTL area, you must communicate the label to the reception to not receive fines. Parking is near the hotel

Stayed at the Winter garden on a resent business trip and I attended a conference at the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and I was with 2 other colleagues. The welcome at the front desk when we arrived was very good and the staff were very polite and spoke very good English. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and we were all very impressed first by the friendliness of the staff, we asked about local wines and our waiter recommended a very nice red. Second was the quality of the food everything was by perfect. Breakfast was served on the top floor there was indoor seating and also a nice area outside. There was a very good selection for breakfast and everything was very fresh. The conference facilities were very good and the coffee and pastries served when we took a break were very good At lunchtime we were served a very good buffet. The hotel very very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel if I’m ever in the area again.

The hotel is located in a ”peripheral” area. We were welcomed to the arrival with full privacy. We went up with the lift directly in the room from the cave and reserved parking, There was a well-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-w Doubts about the real cleaning of the room... (for this not 5 stars). Excellent the service of drinks and foods active all night. Breakfast served in the room at the required time and with the required quantities and foods. It is not the maximum.. But it is a negligible detail given the quality and relaxation gifts.

Location is excellent for a late incoming flight or an early departure. There are plenty of signs leading the way from the airport, first follow the ones directing to Oriocenter shopping mall and once you reach the parking hall, you simply cannot miss the signs leading to NH hotel. The shopping mall next door is huge and has several restaurants. We checked in around 2am and got our room without queuing. Service quite efficient but not very friendly, hardly any smiles. Small room with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. AC worked fine for one night. Breakfast was good for an Italian hotel, coffee from the machine being the only negative point.

I arrived just past midnight from Orio al Serio Airport, I walked to the hotel, it is just 1,43 km from the airport. Taxi takes 15 € minimum charge so why not. At the hotel a man and young woman did not even say hi or well come, just took my reservation and stoned faces. I asked, can I get room umber one as I requested in in the reservation form. No you cannot, you have booked superior double room the man said almost with anger. I said, but I wrote the note as I was requested on the previous trip 2 weeks before by the hotel manager. No you can not he repeated. I said, why you have not read my note on the reservation? No reply. I asked why I should pay 15 € more for the room 47 when I asked room number 1, where I had stayed. Their English was very poor. I ask the young woman, do you have any painkiller medicine as I have terrible head ace after traveling from North Europe all day. No we do not have she said. I said, you are a hotel you must have some first aid kit if something happens with customers, no she said so unfriendly way. I told them, this the very last time I stay here, this was my fourth time in 1,5 months. In the morning usual breakfast in the next door restaurant. Typical poor continental breakfast, even service was good. If one pays 85-100 € for one night, hotel must provide better breakfast. In the morning I told the manager what happened at night. He was sorry and said, we read the notes on reservation nest time. Too late I never stay in this hotel, there was NO service at all!
