We are just back from the most amazing 11 days holiday at this gorgeous hotel. My first comment has to be about the best, friendliest, kindest, most helpful staff we have ever met...huge well done to absolutely all of you. Secondly the hotel is just so perfect, we had a suite which looked over the pools and the sea it was beyond beautiful. The sea is the clearest bluest water we've ever seen. The food.menu changes daily which is lovely as it keeps it interesting, it is all so nice.we would highly recommend this perfect place...we will be back

20 good friends booked at this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, thank you to all the staff Nicolas the Manager , Geri on reception who ensured decorations for our celebratory meal were on the table. All the pool staff for keeping us hydrated . The spacious rooms were great we had a terrace onto the small pool , air con was brilliant as experienced very high temps , beds so comfortable, food was lovely prepared in small batches so nothing just sat out and had a great choice. This Hotel has access to the amazing clear sea and close to all the shops and bars you would expect in a holiday resort. Nothing was too much trouble.

Well having just returned from an 11 night stay and it’s the first time we went straight to travel agent to rebook for next year!! Absolutely amazing!! Staff couldn’t do enough to help and please, rooms were spotless and food was amazing every day. Just a tip, take some elasticated clothes for second half of holiday as food was soooooo good! The service around the pool was perfect. A special shout out to Ahmed. Always smiling. Great location and minutes to bars and entertainment. Well done to each and every one there and Thankyou so much for a perfect holiday. We are celebrating our silver wedding next year and we were planning a cruise but not a chance now. We will see you next year

We booked direct with the hotel, which included a complimentary taxi to collect us on arrival at LCA Airport. Check in was friendly and efficient complimented with a glass of fizz and cold flannels on arrival. Our room was in the main building, so easy to access our room via the lift. The room (Suite with sea view) was well appointed, a good size and good facilities, although the balcony was smaller than we hoped for. There are plenty of sunbeds with a rule that no towels were to be placed before 8am, which worked for most people, but not all as towels would appear at the crack of dawn (sad people!) The pool area's are clean with very comfortable sunbeds, service around the pool is excellent with staff constantly checking if you want drinks, in fact the level of customer service in this hotel is exemplary, in all areas. Any issues were dealt with straight away by the management, lead by Mr. Nikolas the GM who is very visible and clearly sets high standards, well done to all the staff for making our stay a pleasurable experience. The buffet meals offered a wide range of choice and good quality, also the Haroub Levantine restaurant was a nice experience service 11 tapas dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay and highly recommend this small Adult-Only hotel.

We had a fabulous holiday at the wonderful King Jason. The staff are amazingly helpful and they will always try and help you whenever you have a problem. Special mention to Assin who is the best around the pool bringing drinks and looking after us all. Rooms are spotless and well maintained, food amazing with plenty of choice. Only two points that need improvement are entertainment could be better and smoking is allowed which we found very annoying when eating dinner. Definitely recommend.

Another lovely holiday at the amazing King Jason, Protarus. Aside from the obvious quality of the place itself and of course, the location is spot on too, a couple of members of staff deserve a special mention; Ozgul on reception who looked after me when my mobile stopped working. She even offered to lend me her personal iphone! In the end, she organised a loan of a phone from the hotel for the remainder of our holiday, which was amazing. She genuinely cared about making sure I was ok. And secondly, Asen, the guy that works his socks off everyday serving drinks at and around the pool. Nothing is too much trouble for him, again, he genuinely looks after each and everyone of the guests with a highly professional manner. Both are a credit to this wonderful hotel. We can't wait to get back there as soon as possible!

Our latest holiday at the KJ was as good as ever, we felt the food had improved it was excellent on our previous visits, great to see old friends ( Staff) who are fantastic at their jobs. Lebanese restaurant a different experiences to try - we had a great room on the 4th floor, no problem getting sunbeds in the morning. Will visit again

My wife and I stayed for 14 nights and had a fantastic holiday. From the moment we walked through the door the friendliness and service was exceptional. This Hotel has the ability to make you relax really quickly. Most of the team we recognised from last year which is always a good sign and I can honestly say the level of service was as good as it gets. A very loud large group did arrive while we were there and at times some of their language was a little choice but we soon found a quiet area away from them. I am celiac so gluten is a definite no for me but this wasn’t a problem with the Chefs as they would prepare the same dish without gluten. Thank you. The room was excellent with a lovely sea view. Too many of the team to single out, you are all a real credit to the King Jason Hotel. Thank you and see you next Year.
