This hotel is not in the main tourist area, so choose carefully. In addition, the service can be said to be lacking. We stayed for three days without any customer service cleaning service. Even the sparkling water in the room required payment. You must know that these are unlimited supplies in Swiss hotels. , the receptionist at the front desk was also very unprofessional. When we checked in, we gave him our passports and asked if we had a visa. At first, we asked for a credit card to pay a deposit, but later we found out that it was a visa. I showed him the Schengen visa page and it still didn't work. I was hesitant. I felt like he didn’t even know that their country was within the Schengen visa scope. What’s even more funny is that I had already settled the room payment online in advance. The receptionist also asked me whether I paid by myself or by the company. In short, that’s it. Very speechless. Also, the hotel's breakfast is terrible. There are very few choices. There are only a few types of bread, eggs, ham and bacon, plus one or two drinks. The taste is very average.

The location is good, the price is good, the room is quite big, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very good. It takes 10 minutes to get there by bus 22 from the Old Town Square, or you can walk there. It is located close to the metro station. Employees are friendly and polite. The room is not small. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious and fresh. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil.

Pros and cons, but not sure why this hotel is at 4 1/2 stars. The hotel has a very bad smell to it, somewhat like a sewer that they try to hide with this soap they have in all the rooms. One day it was really really bad. When we arrived we were also given the wrong room, and ended up with a handicap one. That being said, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was a decent size. For the area, it’s a decent price as well. If not for the smell, I would give it a 4.

Excellent hotel 5minutes from old square. Very helpful staff , rooms were very clean and breakfast had a wide choice including fresh fruits , cereal, cooked breakfast buffet style and toast . We would definitely stay here again .

Great hotel , location amazing near the national museum and st Wenceslas place and subway 2 min walk. Staff was great, breakfast amazing and room big for a europeen hotel.

We were family of 3 on a short tour to Prague . Our check in was fast. The room was clean and well kept. Morning breakfast was good and we had good vegetarian options like pasta , sauted vegetables .the entire team was courteous and friendly. The hotel is so well located, close to tram and metro Good eating joints nearby.We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean and comfortable - really appreciated the Air condition. Easy access to city centre - around 30 mins walk, few minutes on tram (stop 50 meters away) or BOLT cars. Very eco friendly hotel - very impressed with signs highlighting this and even the room key card is made up of wood rather than those hard plastic. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.
