Residence I Gabbiani

We were lucky enough to "run into" this structure which offers various solutions and, I must admit, it could not have been better. The apar**ent we booked, clean and spacious, turned out to be complete with everything. A large room with a comfortable bed, a TV and a beautiful adjoining private courtyard, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a kitchen ready and available to be able to prepare something. But the real gem was the balcony overlooking the sea, with a wonderful view of Portovenere. An aperitif at sunset or waking up at the first light of dawn with a landscape like this is priceless… try it to believe it. The location is truly phenomenal and is about a KM from the center of Portovenere, which can be covered with a walk directly on the seafront. The wonderful picture is completed by a covered garage available (which certainly doesn't hurt given the prohibitive costs of parking) and the availability and kindness of Mirco, the owner who noticed us and gave invaluable suggestions for dinners. If we were to return to those parts, SURELY our choice will fall once again on the Residence i Gabbiani.

Apar**ent that exceeded my expectations, very clean, bright, well equipped, a breathtaking view, very kind and nice owners !!! The garage under the apar**ent makes the stay even more peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back !!!!🤗

Residence located in a quiet area with a very beautiful nearby beach. The overview from the terrace has a wonderful view of Porto Venere. Very clean apar**ent and the owners are very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back again

We spent 2 wonderful days in a studio apar**ent with a beautiful terrace overlooking the gulf. The apar**ent was equipped with everything, even a kitchenette. Clean, quiet and even with a private garage to be able to park the car (which you honestly don't need to get around in Porto Venere). The very kind owner also gave us valuable advice on restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable apar**ent, with terrace and enchanting view of the Gulf. I have stayed several times in the structure and I will go back because I have always found myself well. Highly recommendable

Accueilli très sympathiquement par Mirco, j'ai profité du calme et d'une jolie vue mer. L'appartement était propre en bon état et fonctionnel. Très bel endroit pour des séjours en famille ou même dans cadre professionnel. Je garde cette résidence dans mon carnet d'adresses.

Appartamento di Sala con angolo cottura, bagno e camera da letto, molto ampio e dotato di due terrazze grandi di cui una con una vista bellissima sulla baia di Portovenere. Si dista circa 20 minuti dal porticciolo del paese, cui si è però collegati da una bellissima passeggiata. La gentilezza di Mirco, il parcheggio privato coperto e la pulizia dell’appartamento perdonano il lieve malfunzionamento di internet e altre cosucce di poco conto. Ottimo soggiorno!
