We loved this hotel for many reasons. Firstly, a very welcoming check in with ice creams and coffee. Lovely staff that showed us around. Nice clean rooms with a small balcony. Grounds of hotel are well maintained with a really gorgeous pool and handy snack bar. We were very impressed with the half board food in the hotel. It was varied and delicious every night with attentive and friendly staff. The shuttle to Pelosa beach was also very handy. Looking forward to staying again.

Visiting the most beautiful beach should be enough but to also stay at a wonderful hotel is almost too much to expect. Even though I selected their standard room I was treated by EVERY SINGLE staff member as if I were a penthouse guest. Best breakfast I've had in Sardinia, nice very clean rooms and dining areas. Rooms could use a bit more decor but were spacious and all had some sort of outdoor area. Big play area for kids and very nice pools. Excellent access to public transport and ample free parking. And the FREE shuttle to La Pelosa was very, very much appreciated. I would not stay anywhere else.

Excellent choice. 5 min drive from La Pelosa beach, with shutter service In and out in both the morning and afternoon. The pool is also great, and having the option of dining at the hotel is great.

Professional, available and friendly staff.
Correct and plentiful breakfast.
The somewhat decadent structure, very small bathroom with a tiny sink.
Room not very functional (little space to store and nothing to put the suitcases.
Lots of background noise (even at night) continuously as the setup has everyone walking past everyone's rooms.
Too bad because the location is perfect and it wouldn't take much to make the whole thing much better.

Very good hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pool very pleasant. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nothing to say on this side.
One reservation, however: we had asked the receptionist to book the return boat and the bikes for us to go to Asinara the next day, as the hotel offers. He agrees and takes my number to let us know when it's done. On our return from the beach (6 p.m.), we learned with amazement that nothing was available for bicycles in August by another receptionist and had been for a long time. Nothing was done and we were not notified of the day. We had to manage everything in a hurry and in the face of a fait accompli, especially since all the other subsequent interlocutors were very clear on this subject: in August all the bikes had been booked at Stintino for a long time. Not knowing it is one thing, finding out by calling and notifying customers immediately is another. We would have appreciated more professionalism on this side in order to be able to organize a plan B more quickly and calmly to go to Asinara.
