The room is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. In the central of the city. Staffs had good service-mind and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

The front desk staff welcomed you warmly and gave a very detailed description. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a subway station in front of the door, which is super convenient.

A very nice boutique hotel. The public area and guest rooms are very well designed. The bathroom facilities in the room are good. There is a coffee machine and kettle. Chocolates are given at turndown and a bottle of porter is given at welcome. The front desk service is average. The girls in the afternoon class are better than the ones in the morning class.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well kept, tastefully designed and centrally located. The bar upstairs is fun. Much prefer staying in a smaller hotel as guests are people not just a number. Although this hotel is one of three or four in Porto, the size and scale makes it intimate.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Porto. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and found the receptionist exceptionally helpful. Thanks. Lovely room. I don’t think the website pictures do it justice . Really comfortable bed. Great walk in shower. The breakfast was very nice. Particularly liked the made to order omelets. Plenty of food and drink in the self service area. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is a great location, very central and next to the metro. It has 5 stars, possibly due to it boasting a pool, heated. But the pool is about 7m long and 1/2m deep so you cannot swim in it. The staff are very friendly and they want to give good service but it falls short, in our experience. Examples are, always asking for coffee and milk replacements in the room and breakfast service was hap hazard. We also had a bad experience with the free snack they offer you in the bar. Confusion over what we could have for free and nearly then making us pay for the snack we were advised was free but it wasn’t. The rooms are big and boasts a nice table but no chairs !

Really nice hotel, the staff are fab and helped us feel welcome. The location is fab, you are far away enough from the roadworks not to hear them and right next to Aliados metro station. Our room looked out over the main street at the front of the hotel which was amazing but there was noise at night. The room was beautiful. We also used the pool which we had to ourselves, it's a fab spot for sunbathing and relaxing. Only downside is we tried to grab a drink at the hotel bar on Friday night when we were back from dinner but they only served cocktails and we fancied some wine.
