The service attitude of the staff was very good. They arrived early and let us go first. The apartment was very damp. The mattress is almost sagging. There are no springs and it makes a squeaking sound. It’s a very difficult bed to sleep on😭
The bathroom also leaks water outside.

Loved the location and walkability.
No instructions for use of expresso machine (which made a very loud noise) or the heating system. No shelves in the bathroom. Bathroom matt was tissue thin.
Initial communication good but completely fell apart upon KNOWN late arrival. Thankful the Uber druver helped us.

The apartment was in a second floor with an elevator available. Very nice and with an excellent view of Porto neighborhood. Location, excellent and very close to Clerigos. Maya, the young woman who receive us was an excellent hostess. Thanks Maya!!! If by any chance I come back (and I would love to do that), it will be in this apartment.

Clean, functional and finished to a high standard. No iron or ironing board but iron was sourced for me within a few hours.
Great location, though street can get noisy in the evenings/early mornings. I would stay again.

If you value a good night's rest, then I urge you to avoid this hell hole. Not only does loud noise and heavy bass thumping radiate up from the nightclubs, but people on the street are yelling all night long. At 2 AM, the party next door spilled out into the hallway and there was more yelling and doors slamming. The steel elevator doors can be closed quietly, but my drunken neighbors preferred to slam them shut. There's nobody around to call to ask them to be quiet, so you're entirely on your own. I opened the door and ask them to be quiet. At 6 AM, someone banged on our door around 30 times. Once again, there is no administrator around to remedy the situation. Well, I finally fell asleep but an hour later, a street cleaner with a gas-powered leaf blower started to clean the street for 30 minutes. As I mentioned before, this noisy place is a HELL HOLE!

The cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. I liked my stay there. it is a bit noisy early hours because your right in the middle of it but I think that’s reflected in the price. it’s a great location so overall very happy
