The place is great for such a good price.

Nice parking and charging facilities for Electric Vehicles.

The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the service is in place, and the breakfast is ok. No extra bed is possible. There is a car park, but only for valet parking, the location is good, in the city center.

Clean and pleasantly maintained bedding and toilets, good facilities that are not old, and a satisfactory and comfortable business trip could be completed. The staff are also very friendly.

Beautiful room, staff were excellent in all areas, food was wonderful…all in all a beautiful place to spend my time.

I did not like that the 5th floor room was under the 6th floor kitchen and could hear them starting their day at 4am.

Everyone was very courteous, especially the valet team. Car came out before I even had a chance to leave my room! Also, the robes and faux-fur throw on the bed was a classy touch.

We loved our stay. Obviously Portland is just an expensive place to be, other than that there is nothing to complain about! We love Hotel Eastlund.

This is my second time staying here and was not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, check in was easy and fast. Love the decoration of the hotel and the beds are amazing. Will definitely recommend.

I got an accessible room, and everything was very convenient. Like the rooftop restaurant. The other restaurant didn't open because it was the weekend. Very close to the convention center.

My daughter and I arrived at night in the pouring rain walking from the convention center dragging our suitcases and giant equipment bag. We rang the buzzer to be let in and then lugged everything up the stairs into the lobby where 3 people were standing behind the counter. Not one person offered to help us with our bags not even the tall guy with the beanie and hotel jacket I have never received so little service in my life!!!

I booked this hotel for the location being closed to the convention center. However, you must take stairs to reach the lobby of the hotel. It is very inconvenient when we are hauling our sport gears. I wouldn't stay there again. Plus the staff is not friendly at all. When I asked how do I book additional night, I was told to search myself as I booked through third party.

Beautiful hotel. It was an enjoyable stay and would use this property again. Convenient for hopping on max and going downtown or for Moda Center events. My only complaint would be our room size was awful tight. Our two Queen beds were actually the size of doubles,not Queens. So, the room was an uncomfortable size but very nice in every other aspect.

Staff was amazing it was very updated. The only thing I didn't love was it was a little loud due to being right in the city lota of road noise about 4am
