Staff are pleasant, hotel clean and safe. Only complaint is the one elevator made a substantial sound when stopping at each floor. A bit unnerving.

Nicely appointed rooms and common areas. Excellent location right off of I-95 so it's convenient for travelers. Lots of places to eat, get gas and groceries close by.

Customer Service was TERRIBLE!!! No one clean our room the first three days. Then the Houskeeper lied about coming to our room to clean it. The Housekeeping manager came to clean the room the very last day we were there after three days of our complaints.

The room had bed bugs (423). My wife was not happy about that! We come to port Wentworth GA .all the time and we usually stay at different hotels in the area. So we decided to stay at Home2 this time and we were not happy with our stay. The room was $196 and to have bed bugs is unacceptable. We will never stay there again. I think we should be refunded

I had two rooms, both were missing soap bars and liquid soap. One was missing intercom and the bathroom was dirty.

Busy time so the little things like no shampoo or shower gel or hair dryer was moot. Left a note for Housekeeping. Merry Christmas
