This is a really delightful little hotel. with a great simple breakfast. The rooms are simple and spotlesly clean, there is a cosy reception area with drinks and coffee available, and a simple but perfect breakfast. its beside a service station which gas KFC, McDonalds, Gregs and Subway, and accross the main road is a harvester restaurant. EV charger is available for a fixed price of 12.50, its a slow charger but still very good value. Overall, a great hotel for the price.

We usually stay at Prem Inn for our parkrun tourism but as this hotel was opposite a ‘Purple Palace’ we checked the price and found it was significantly cheaper. We were very pleased to find that our room was immaculately clean. Slightly smaller than a typical purple room but very similar in appearance and completely adequate for our 1 night stay. The man on reception was extremely welcoming, check in was quick and simple. There’s a breakfast service (we didn’t use it) and a small ‘bottle bar’ at reception for drinks (again we didn’t use). The Harvester restaurant / pub is just a short walk away and is what you’d expect of that chain and the petrol station next door has an Asda Express shop and a Greggs. All in all we were very pleased and will certainly check if there’s a Best Western next time we’re going away as a cheaper alternative to the purple lot. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and decent hotel. Rooms are bit small but they are super clean, tidy. Rooks has a table and chair to work with and nice comfy bed. Free parking. There is a McDonald’s and KFC next door. Also subways if you fancy.

Everything was 1000%

A little disappointed by a TV whose bandwidth did not allow you to follow the great rugby match... neither the sound nor the image was fluid! The mattress on the little one's sofa bed was really more than average comfortable compared to the prices. The shower head is fixed to the wall, it reminded me more of camping than a 3-star hotel… And finally, the toaster attacked my sandwich bread and came out almost burnt... In short, a little hollow!

It was ok, check in was good. The room we stayed in was facing the main road, so it was noisy. The room was also cold, it took time to warm it up.

Staff's are amazing and very friendly especially they get to help us with everything especially we were strained as we couldn't drive our car back to England.

Breakfast was terrible, cold coffee and mushrooms like rubber. Rooms were average. No safe pathway from hotel across petrol station area, all muddy and slippy if going to Harvester Restaurant.

Noisy road. Every time we went to our room, and it was the furthest from reception our door key would not work and i had to go back to the reception to get my keycard re-scanned. Breakfast was awful, we were sat in the reception area for it, so people coming and going. And food was limited and cooked food was microwaved, not sure they even put the yolks in the scrambled eggs as it was solid and whitish grey. Dont think i will be staying here again.
