This was a stop on our Camino journey. The location was great - right on the square. The room comfortable and fairly large with a BATHTUB! Great to soak after many walking days. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

This was a very lovely room. It was a bit older place but very well maintained. The room overlooked the square so it was a bit noisy but I didn't mind that at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Ponferrada again! The breakfast, which was included, was really good.

Very well located in the center of everything. We had a room facing plaza de ayudamento. Splendid view The rooms a bit outdated but the location is impatable You have a subteran parking right under the square with an exit very close to the hotel. The price is 10 eur per day which is a very affordable one

Instalación vieja lleno de escaleras laberínticas.Tarifa de 2 noches no reembolsables pero solo gastamos una porque nos metieron en una habitación súper cutre( todo viejo, cortina en la bañera...). Primero nos dieron una mejor pero la cadena estropeada .Todo para un callejón. No nos quisieron dar bono por la noche no usada: en el hotel el Castillo, k está infinitamente mejor, si lo hacen. Personal amable.

Elgimos este hotel en Ponferrada por su ubicación. Se encuentra en el centro en la plaza del Ayto., por tanto la ubicación perfecta. Hotel limpio aunque muy antiguo; ha vivido épocas mejores. La atención en recepción muy correcta

Si tiene más de 60 años, viaja en coche y tiene unas cuantas maletas que bajar, no vaya a este hotel. El hotel está en una plaza peatonal y no tiene ningún acceso en automóvil; ni siquiera para bajar el equipaje. Al parecer, según la información de una empleada que atiende el teléfono, lo mejor que se puede hacer es aparcar el coche en un aparcamiento público próximo,donde el hotel tiene reservada la segunda planta, y desde ahí subir a la plaza y después ir al hotel. Claro que el aparcamiento, según la misma empleada, no tiene ascensor. Preguntada si había alguna forma de aproxim**** en superficie al hotel, decía que lo único que se podía hacer era "entrar en la curva" (sic), y desde ahí caminar unos cien metros hasta el hotel. De modo que, lo dicho, si tiene más de 60 años, viaja en coche y tiene equipaje que bajar, haga lo que yo: anular la reserva e irse a otro sitio.

Hotel de 3* en el centro de Ponferrada. Parking Publico a 50mts. del Hotel precio 9€ al dia. Hotel muy decente bien ubicado y limpio, tiene Restaurante y desayuno buffete bueno .Habitacion amplia y limpia. Vale la pena visitar el centro Historico. Puerta entrada y calles principales y el Famoso Castillo Medieval. Precio moderado del Hotel. Muy buen ambiente por las calles. Muchas terrazas. Pasamos 1 dia de camino a Galicia.

Pasamos una noche en el hotel haciendo parada del camino de Santiago. Está justo en la plaza del Ayuntamiento pero para llegar hay que dejar el coche en el parking público de la plaza. El personal es amable. La habitación que nos dieron era pequeña y la cama también. No desayunamos pero como salimos muy pronto nos prepararon café y algo de bolleria.

Me cuesta horrores poner una mala puntuación a un hotel. Entiendo que es un negocio dificil,... En este caso tiene cosas muy buenas ( localizacion), amabilidad del personal de recepción y de cafeteria.. pero casi pongo una mala nota... El parking esta al lado pero hay que dar una vuelta larga para entrar. Es amplio, no excesivamente caro .. pero jope que vuelta tuvimos que dar, El edificio es lioso porque tienes que ir pasando de un edificio a otro hasta llegar a la planta 1 donde te indican que las habs del 207 a la 213 ( creo recordar)estan cerca.. das la vuelta y ya te has perdido. El sitio esta limpio, un pelin desfasado, pidiendo a gritos una reformita... Eso si: tenia una buena seleccion de vinos.. hay que reconocerlo!!! El desayuno correcto tirando a normalito . El precio fue el mismo que el que me cobraron al dia siguiente en un hotelazo en Sanxenxo y no habia color..
