The view from the room was amazing, and the service in the breakfast room was lovely, but aside from that this hotel was way over priced for the quality it offers. I wouldn't have written a review, but was tipped into doing so when I stupidly left two items of clothing, and in spite of emailing twice to ask after it, the hotel hasn't been in touch. Ignoring customers isn't good service in anyone's manual.

Terrific location, but this hotel needs to up its game. The mattress is hard, you get only one pillow, the shampoo and soap sample packets - hardly enough for one shower let alone two - are not refreshed by housekeeping, the climate control does not work well, and the breakfast (extra $) meant a croissant and mid coffee. Oh, and confirm available parking if you need it. We were told to go find a space somewhere. All in all a disappointing stay; I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice people, nice room, but air conditioning didn’t work and my room was like an oven. I could not sleep. Breakfast was meagre a coffee, a juice and a croissant but it only cost 4.70 euros. Everything was lovely, just a shame that the roasting room spoilt the stay

Muy buen sitio para estar. Trato familiar y las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Personal muy atento y amable. Comida casera y si no te gusta algo le buscan rápido una solución . Cerca del centro y de muchos bares, tabernas y tiendas. En cinco minutos estás en la plaza del ayuntamiento.

Estuve una noche, de paso por Ponferrada. es un hotel correcto, para ir de paso. La cama aceptable, aire acondicionado bien, baño bien, personal amable. El desayuno que hay por 5 euros es básico, café, zumo y bolleria o tostada, una de las dos. El pueblo muy bonito, lo mejor el castillo.

Muy buena experiencia. La habitación pese a dar a la carretera general, no se oía ni un ruido. Habitación amplia. La relación calidad precio estupenda y la ubicación mejor todavia. Facil aparcamiento.

El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda, el desayuno incluido es muy bueno, el pan de las tostadas está riquísimo y las habitaciones están limpias. Lo que deberían cuidar un poco es que a la hora del desayuno, tienes que hacer mucha cola y deberían poner a alguien más, la señora que servía el desayuno era muy atenta pero estaba desbordada.

Hotel situado en una magnífica situación, instalaciones tranquilas y limpias, pero si la habitación da a la parte principal, imposible abrir la ventana porque es muy ruidosa la carretera que transcurre enfrente. Dispone de aire acondicionado pero no de nevera.
