Was able to enjoy none of the amenities because we book off of Groupon which is a site that give us discount.. I felt very uncomfortable..

terrible, my kid’s eyes got infected after playing at the water park. Water is dirty. Not recommended. Waited three hours after check-in for our rooms to be ready.

Property is good. Food not so good very very pricey not a lot of choices. Staff took over two hours to bring blankets had to come back because they brought just one. No coffee maker in the room. No ammenmeties in the room, not very satisfied. I upgraded the room and got exactly the same one for over $1,000

I was charged for services which were included in my stay. Staff did not care to look into it. They just said call about it.

Very bad service , nobody picks up the phone for services, sone of the water slide are not workung and the place is snall and boaring, also the rkd some of the macine does not work
