Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The wedding reception was hosted at the hotel itself, and oh, what a splendid affair it was! Everything was executed to perfection, from the decor to the organisation. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! We stayed here two nights recently and everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious, the size of a small apartment. Well stocked kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was steps away from dozens of different restaurants, they even have one on location. We were also an easy walk from everything we wanted to see in town, with the train station an easy 25 minute walk. Best of all, the folks at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! The offered excellent advice on what to see in town, were super-friendly, and even arranged a cot for our toddler to sleep in, despite ********** indicating none was available (we did email and ask ahead of time; was set up waiting for us in our room). We will certainly look to stay here again the next time we are in town.

This is a big hotel with a ****** on the ground level. We stayed on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. Our rooms (bedroom and living room) were very clean. We appreciated the full- and half-bathrooms as well as the comfortable beds. We enjoyed the decor on the walls in our rooms. The wifi is quite good. The breakfast buffet offered so many delicious options. There is a garage attached to the hotel where we could park for no additional fee. The hotel is an easy walk to the Old City. One note: there were 8 in our group and almost all of us had to return to the front desk to get new keys since the keys we initially received didn't work. (Yes, we know not to put the keys too close to our mobile phones.)

We stayed here 5 nights. As Diamond members. we were upgraded before our arrival to an awesome suite, which was greatly appreciated. We found everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This hotel is particularly well designed, with high end finishes, great showers and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the room stayed cool during really hot weather...we only had to turn it on occasionally. The rooms are very well laid out. Our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, providing a fantastic level of comfort. The breakfast was great. We are plant-based and healthy eaters and both of us were very happy with the great selection of fruit, salad, olives, wonderful olive tapenade, breads and other fresh options. The hotel is perfectly located with the old town an easy walk away. There's also great grocery stores and a DM very close by as well. For me this was the rare flawless stay. I did not expect that in Bulgaria....great job by the team here. :)
