Upon checking in around 320pm got a last corner room on the 19th floor (requested for a room in the middle corridor 2 days b4 stay). The door latch was faulty, can’t opened the door inside from the room. Called front desk they said will send someone to take a look ( I actually requested to changed room but was rejected)
While waiting for the technician, tried boiling hot water, power tripped! Called front desk again and was told to go to the lobby and get another key to change to another room. No one actually know what happened at the front desk so have to repeat my story… Waited for quite a while and finally a female staff attended to me and mentioned that she will check through the new allocated room b4 handling the room keys to me.
Returned after a drink and again have to repeat my story once again (seems like they dun communicate) waited for the female staff for quite a long while and finally got my room key around 430pm.
The new room was fine after checking in. My stay will be more pleasant if the staff could rectify the problems soonest possible.
