The resort was wonderful. Restaurants excellent. Clean many options for swimming and eating . Staff went above and beyond.
My only complaint is there are no laundry facilities. All your laundry must be sent out and the cost is prohibitive.

WOW. This resort is truly top notch. The staff is truly incredible, the grounds are stunning and the resort had so much variety in food and entertainment. We cannot wait to come back!

An average resort for the Playa area. Nothing remarkably good or bad about it.
Food is mediocre at the buffets. The Japanese and Mexican specialty ones were the best.
The best part of the resort is the entertainment team who are really fun. My kids loved Julian. The Michael Jackson show was the highlight of the night entertainment.
Kids club is suitable for preschoolers but not older.
One thing to watch out for is a lot of things are NOT included like the only ice cream shop, the only pool bar without a long line, and lots of the seating areas around the pool and beach.
Overall, clean resort, well kept, best suited to teens and adults not looking for a lot of frills.

I hated that reservations were REQUIRED in order to dine. Almost everyday we were there dinner times were booked until at least 930pm. There was always the buffet as an option but as the worst dining outlet there, we choose to dine offsite. I would have stayed at a non All Inclusive Hotel had I known that dining options were so limited.

The Bad: The transportation to and from the airport isn’t included in stay. The children’s food options are not great. It’s not all inclusive they like to offer you things not included so they can charge you. Some restaurants are not included and some bars are not included so be mindful. You have to make restaurant reservations ahead of time and are rude about walkins. There seems to be a lot of weddings and they close parts of the resort for them. including access to the only store in the resort. At the restaurants it’s hard to get good service getting refills are hard.
The Good: The resort is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly. All areas are kept clean! The rooms are spacious (we had a 2br suite). The resort is kid friendly! Great for families. They do have several activities and things to do. The beach is well kept and gorgeous!

The room we reserved was not the room provided, and the room received was not clean, min was done to resolve the issue, to correct the 2 Full-size beds into 1 King bed ( Which is what was requested as this was a trip for my spouse and i ) staff pushed two beds together, leaving no access to room phone and part of the outlets needed for usage in the room, the beds where not aligned and connected for comfort, the room was cleaned further after bringing this to there attention post entering the room from check-in, only to discover in the evening there were roaches in the room near the closets. and cleaning the room after we checked in, nothing further was offered but apologies, we were there for a Wedding, and outside of the room experience the resort appeared to be Fair/good most staff was very friendly and welcoming except for Bell men who shared 1 orice for a Taxi service to Hotel, in which Txai driver charge was over $30 higher. at this point, we where in the need to get to the Airport, and time was not in our favor to dispute this., I have contacted my credit card for further review.

Resort was beautiful.
Our room was comfortable, but two sinks and a toilet leaked. Plus two sliding doors didn’t lock properly.
Staff was friendly.
