Caravel Suites - Adults Only

All I can say is what an amazing setting and experience we had here . From the moment we walked in the staff couldn’t do enough for us . Me and my partner had a 30 minute steam room and use of the in side pool before are full body massage . The only one thing I would say is the inside pool is cold but refreshing.

Myself and my partner visited the TUI Caravel between 14th - 21st May, we had an absolutely amazing time! All of the hotel staff are lovely! We had room 801 with a private pool and we really enjoyed the room, drinks and food! We had a great massage at the spa, we hired a boat and we chilled on the beach. We ate at the pool bar for our lunches and the food is really fresh. The WiFi is quick. We had no issues during our stay with both the hotel and the company TUI - we would love to come back soon! 😊

This hotel is reasonably priced for a five star all-inclusive and set in a nice area of the island. However, it lacks a luxury atmosphere. Pros: - all-inclusive drinks are excellent. Waiters are super attentive and always ask if you want a refill even before you have a chance to ask them! - Rooms are cleaned to a high standard, however, there is no turndown service. - Yoga/fitness classes. Definitely take part if this is your thing, thanks to Wilma. - Peaceful location. Not too far from airport and other restaurants/bars on the Tsilvi *****, away from the craziness of Laganas. Cons: - Buffet spread is extremely limited and repetitive for a 5-star hotel. No themed nights so you will be eating a variation of the same meat/vegetables everyday. - THE BATHROOM. We stayed in a standard partial sea-view room and the bathroom did not have a door and was completely exposed to the bedroom. Water from the shower would leak into the bedroom. Seriously unpleasant. - The towels. Really poor quality. You are only allowed one pathetic ancient pool towel at a time, never experienced this at any other five star resort. - Lack of activities in poor weather, I don’t recommend coming to the resort during May. - Spa facilities were dirty and outdated. Spa pool unheated - another guest told me that she screamed in pain when getting into the pool as it was so cold, and the staff requested her to ‘stop being so noisy’. - You don’t get provided with a single towel even when paying 100 euros plus for a spa treatment. - Rude main bartender made a scene of arguing with an elderly guest which was unprofessional. Overall this is definitely not a luxury five-star hotel. However, the rooms are appropriately priced and it is good value for money. Good option for couples, however I don’t recommend this hotel for friends due to the lack of privacy in the bathroom.

Wow! That was an amazing, relaxing massage, from giota suffer from RSI so this relaxed me totally - back and neck and head - now so relaxed, ready to crash on a sunbed outside. A fantastic ending to our much loved holiday. Staff are excellent, so pleasant and helpful

This is not a new hotel but it’s well maintained it’s got its own narrow beach that’s adults only. The hotel is adults only too and all the better for it!! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful The food was excellent and English is widely spoken in the hotel and in all the local shops and Restaurants. The evening entertainment was good too. One night was Greek dancing which isn’t my thing but otherwise it was ok. I have been to nicer islands but the hotel I have no complaints about.

Best A I food ever had, la carte outstanding. Best staff have experienced from cleaners to manager. Nice touch on departure manager came to shake hands and staff waved us off. Other hotels could use this as a model of hospitality. Room was fine, location great, beach rather stoney. Was entertainment and activities throughout. Really relaxing place to stay.

This hotel serves excellent food, and excellent client-service in a beautifull and a well maintained hotel area. it would be unfair to thank any staff member by a name, becausw everyone of them deserves our respect. Aerotravelling thanks.

Good location, once you drive past all the crap in town (Blackpool with ☀️) Sea was warm and inviting. Hotel was a disappointment, we’ve paid extra for partial sea view and got a corner room (114!) right next to the kitchen and deliveries starting just after 5am. Took two days to move us to a decent room, not an upgrade, just to be clear, but a room we’ve paid for. Food selection wasn’t great either. Limited variety unfortunately, every day the same menu, cooked fish and chicken mainly gone or overcooked. World apart from another TuiBlue in Crete- Elounda Village. Staff lovely and grounds well maintained. Won’t be back here unfortunately, expensive choice…

We had the most wonderful week at Tui blue Caravel! Want to thank some staff separately for their service and hard work. Because they made our week. Johanna in the reception for kindly helping us change room due to some personal matters after the first night. To the best drinks on the whole hotel is made from Asmina in the bar at the pool/beach. And delivered right to the sun chairs by the hard working Vasilis that always had an eye if we needed refill. Their service made us feel really spoiled and made our time at the beach so elevated! At last but not the least Elena the spa manager. This was the most kind person and at the same time very professional. She offers not just the service of the spa and massage on the beach but also a lot of her self and invites you to a nice chat. When you meet Elena you feel so seen and heard. Never change your genuine personality!
