Appartamento nel complesso scadente, le stanze sono piccole, il bagno è datato, l’arredamento è minimo e malandato, con alcuni mobili davvero fatiscenti, se non rotti. La cucina è datata, il piano cottura aveva la luce e l’aspiratore non funzionanti, inoltre erano presenti dei buchi attorno ai fornelli e in generale la manutenzione era molto scarsa. Quando abbiamo fatto notare il pericolo di una fuga di gas il personale è stato molto scortese e arrogante. L’aria condizionata (indispensabile) è a pagamento. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Siamo ritornati in questo residence turistico a meta' giugno . L'accoglienza di Valeria e Stefano è stata sin da subito gentile e professionale come poi si è rivelata nei 7 giorni passati qui. Il residence è molto carino, immerso nel verde di una pineta, formato da appartamenti a schiera ben tenuti , completi di angolo cottura e condizionatore Residence pulitissimo, spazioso , riservato. Si trova a pochi minuti da spiagge di sabbia o roccia ( mare stupendo) e dalla spettacolare Gallipoli. L’attenzione per gli ospiti è veramente una specialità della struttura.. Insomma, consigliatissimo!
