Pet Friendly Hotels in Pittsburgh

We asked for city view and our room was on the 20th floor. Gorgeous view! The room was clean, everything we needed was provided at a reasonable price. The pool on the 4th floor with a view of the iconic yellow bridge was fantastic. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful, with great pointers for restaurants. The next time we go to Pittsburgh we will be staying here again.

We stayed for 2 nights on the 19th floor. The room was clean and very spacious and we loved it. The separate bedroom was great for our family and my son was sleeping on the pull out couch. The pull out couch didn’t have any sheets on it, which was easily fixed by the front desk giving me sheets. The pool was very clean and had many towels to use. The main problem with our stay is that there was only 1 of 7 elevators working Labor Day weekend. There were 2 staff elevators running, but not for guests. We waited numerous times for 20-30 minutes to get an elevator. This was an issue both days we stayed. We invited guests to our hotel for drinks, and they couldn’t get to us because the line for the elevators was too long. We did have major problems with the breakfast service on Labor Day. All hot food items, except fresh made Omelets, were out at 830am when we got there. The omelet line was 15 people long. There were no dishes, cups, silverware or napkins out. It was a complete mess!!! My only option was to get in the omelet line and hope they didn’t run out of food, which they didn’t. I have always expected more from an Embassy Suites, but this stay was the worst Hilton experience to date.

I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

I stay at hotels that offer kitchens because I have food issues and I have to say the kitchen was so well appointed. I was so pleasantly surprised. Also the set up of the room is so well thought out to optimize comfort and utility. Loved the stay. Street parking, if you don't use the hotel parking, is extremely cost effective and easy if you download any of the Pittsburgh parking apps. Breakfast, according to my husband, was just okay because all of the food was cold and the quality was mediocre, at best. Also, be careful when you exit their driveway. It is a no right turn, but there is no sign posted. We actually saw a person make a right heading straight for head on traffic. Fortunately we stopped him. Very dangerous!! On a side note, one staff member was not overly friendly, but all of the rest were. The unfriendly one was curt and efficient. She did seem to struggle with being friendly. I didn't mind.

Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Service was better than good. Strange layout for a hotel. I was quoted one night for $112 by Trip.com and yet was billed $161. How does that work?

Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose.

The location is particularly good. If the weather is good, I feel that I can walk to most places. I can go straight to lyft and get cheap. Pittsburgh has bad traffic. In this place, it is more worry-free to drive others than to drive. I feel that the service is very good, but the first The shortcoming of the tripartite reservation is that a lot of services can't be enjoyed. If you apply for a member directly, you will have more free services. If you go online, you only have free low-speed traffic. If you are at high speed, you can reduce 10 knives, which is 5 knives per day. Not expensive! The lobby is really good! There is a free apple at the front desk and a variety of fruit soaking water every day! The room is a bit small, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure is also very good, the bed is very comfortable! But Ctrip is really cheap, and the US website has a tax of more than 10%!

There are complimentary coffee on 1st Floor, and lemon tea in lobby. Breakfast can be delivered to room, which is good

We usually visit Pittsburgh at least once a year for a Steelers game. The Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel is one of the hotels that has a great river and bridge view but is also located in a great location within a 20-minute walk from Acrisure Stadium. As you arrive at the hotel, a public parking garage charges $16 per night, is relatively safe, and has no in/out privileges, which is a great option. Ultimately, you can walk around Downtown Pittsburgh without needing your car. We stayed on the top floor, where the lounge is located. The views of the river/bridge/city are worth it, and it also has a lounge open during weekdays only. The lounge is relatively small and sometimes runs out of essentials, such as coffee and breakfast items, quickly, but it may have been my own experience during a hectic day or season. However, I did enjoy the restaurant and bar downstairs in the hotel, where everyone was more than welcoming and provided excellent food/drink options. In addition, both housekeeping and front desk staff were attentive to our needs. As long as we requested housekeeping services through the front desk, we always received them without issues each day. I need a lost and found email address in the hotel. When I found something missing, I called the hotel several times. A lady left her email address, but after sending it twice, there has been no reply. I hope they can provide an official email address. I want to try and see if I can find it.
