訂個電影房説不能看電影。我要求換個房然後前台説其他房間也不能看 我説去別的房間看看吧。前台不耐煩的説那自己下來拿卡去看吧。到別的房間一看看電影那個是好的 房間衞生也是真差 漱口杯裏都沒清洗 頭髮 水漬清晰可見 床上都是毛髮。

之前看衹有4.3分數，我還不信有多差，畢竟上家也是住的美豪，真的是上次當才知道，房間裏有蜘蛛網，你信嗎？不信看圖！馬桶不是銹就是污垢，衞生紙也很差，還有早點，那能吃嗎？簡直了……一個電磁爐上放了一個盆，一盆混濁的水，那麼大酒店加早餐餐廳，所有服務員不到3個！佩服

衞生真的不好，廁所坐便器很臟。因為是美豪酒店，才選擇的這裏，比起其它省市的美豪真的從服務到衞生都不行。希望改進一下。早餐也不好，弄點塑料袋裝的小麪包糊弄。

距離:因為要去平遙古城，距離還是有點遠的，打車得10元，星海有4公里左右
環境:房間環境還不錯，畢竟是連鎖
服務:談不上服務，進店後沒有招呼，衹顧着玩手機
設施:設施還是不錯的，定的投影大床房
衞生:房間光線暗，看不到距離衞生，無意間進了自助洗衣房，看到床單放在垃圾上面，對衞生九堪憂了
因為當天手機沒電了，沒拍照

住過其他城市的美豪酒店很多次，這次出行還在忻州住過美豪，可以講是天壤之別！
美豪酒店這個環境和衞生是不是有點扯淡！如圖自己看，是不是我故意黑你？如果是小旅店價格低沒有服務沒有環境衞生差我是認可的，畢竟沒有花那麼多錢，但是這個價位實在讓人那以接受！
美豪做為中高端酒店品牌，出現這種情況實在不應該，不推薦入住，踩坑很不值得！
