We had a wonderful stay here. They offer a complimentary pick up from the station and the driver was easy to find holding a flag outside the station. The Hotel is in a great location for exploring the old city. Our room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable with an option of both hard and soft pillows. The towels were lovely and soft too! Also complimentary fruit juice and a fruit bowl. The staff were amazing, especially the staff at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They organised a driver to take us to the Wang Family Compound for a very reasonable fee. We even got a present when we booked out. It is a great place to stay! !

This hotel is simply excellent. The room was beautiful, the staff super nice, welcoming and forthcoming. The courtyard is beautiful. The position is excellent, as it is near the heart of the ancient town but far enough to let us enjoy some quiet. The breakfast, mainly Chinese style, is delicious. Highly recommended, I will definitely return if I ever come back visiting Ping Yao.
