第二次住宇誠了，點評下，先説好的，地理位置很好，離龍王頭5分鐘，如果是海景房可以看到海，服務人員態度都很好，工作人員也都很有耐心，我先提前入住，工作人員第一時間通知我了。房間裏有微波爐，冰箱，電磁爐，設備都是全的，很不錯。然後説不好的，第一，這次住的是2602，頂層，帶有一個小陽台，因為風大，所以陽台的門關不緊，一晚上嗚嗚嗚嗚的風聲。第二，淋浴房裡放置花灑的那個接口有點松，花灑一放就撐不住要掉下來，這個可以維修一下。後面説了建議吧，房間裏就一個垃圾桶，可以備點垃圾袋放抽屜裏，如果垃圾滿了客人可以自己換一下，比較方便。

如果你不幸訂了這家酒店，請做好如下思想準備：
設施：19年的陳設，破舊不堪，隨處可見地磚裂紋，踢腳線翹皮，牆紙脱落，茶具破損嚴重！
環境：位於宇誠國際，裏面很多私人老闆承包樓層作為民宿，實際跟酒店不是一家！這家民宿的前台在21樓一間房內辦公。
服務：前台小哥是位坐輪椅的夥伴，行動不便，全程微信聯繫，需要東西要自己下樓取。
由於行程倉促，訂了該店的海景房2天，描述70平，實際並未達到。首日入住，房內陳設破舊，空調製熱困難，想着出來旅遊忍忍就算了！未曾想第二天洗澡，直接7分鐘以後水就變冷，大冬天洗了一把冷水浴。跟老闆反饋，先説我誹謗，態度惡劣，後表示私下wx轉款，給予我一天退掉入住，如不按此操作直接全額扣除，一分不退！
（此時我表示拒絕，由於我在平台訂房，且入住感受很差，我想留下評論讓其他人避坑）
幸虧聯繫攜程客服跟進，客服聯繫該老闆，其不予理睬，也不解決！最終攜程退回我一天房費補償！
