The hotel environment is okay, but the service is really average. The overall quality of service needs to be improved. The room called to ask if there is a conditioner. The front desk staff thought I was outrageous. Others are average. Superior double bed can only be arranged with a parking space on the first floor. I haven’t contacted and notified anything left in the tight room.

2021年開業的酒店，硬件還行，服務很差，特別是前台入住的接待員，一臉的不悦和不耐煩，我是攜程網下單的可她讓我會員下單不用再另付費用，本來攜程下了兩單後來取消一間以會員入住了！二是入住20：00多，等入住時自助茶水去想倒杯水，結果空了（見圖一）問接待員回覆剛團組入住了就這樣沒下文，連個水也沒給，也沒安排添加！！還有衞生方面一是電梯口一袋袋用完的外賣沒收拾。二是入房間門口紙屑到第二天還在，這樓層還有吸塵嗎？……………
