Plus apar**ent very very comfortable and clean and above all warm. The context of the Residence is very well cared for with blooms also in this season. It remains a little outside the centre, with some climbs to climb (as an alternative to the steps), but then offers a wonderful view of the historic center and the sea of Pietra Ligure. We were welcomed with great empathy and our every request was promptly granted. We started the new year surrounded by your attention. Thank you.

Extremely overdue, dirty and broken furniture. The sea view is barely visible on the tiny balcony where you can just sit with 2 people. If you have just paid a fortune for the apar**ent, you can also pay extra for your sun lounger by the pool and for a swimming cap.

Large residence of more than 80 apar**ents well located. Apar**ent overlooking the street so noisy on the terrace but windows with double glazing. Poor interior sound insulation. Aging furniture. Very present mosquitoes. Preferably rent a premium apar**ent to benefit from air conditioning and a parasol on the terrace. 2 free but not closed parking lots so little space. Places closed but paying €7 per day. Laundry for personal linen available by reservation only. Kind staff.

Residence very well located on the heights of Pietra Ligure, pleasant village with nice restaurants and shops Apar**ent a little dated, not always well maintained with small things to improve, missing lamp, narrow shower, defective door but the large terrace with a view of the village and the sea save it all Comfortable bed and quiet location Very friendly and welcoming staff Very pleasant swimming pools and gardens So recommended

We stayed for two nights in June in the basic apar**ent. Sea view from the kitchen, silent and above all very comfortable structure to be able to forget the car in the large car park. In 5/10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Pietra Ligure. Our apar**ent was not brand new but still very spacious, cleanliness was normal. Super positive note: Mr. Fabrizio was extremely kind, which is why we will certainly return to stay at this property, perhaps trying the higher quality apar**ents. Pet friendly with no extra charge See you next time!
