Front staff are friendly. They have a cute friendly cat a lobby. Opposite there's a cafe and food to eat. Rooms are clean and big. Just the bathroom, water not running well. There's a 7-11 nearby about 3 mins by foot. The main attraction area by foot takes about 10-13 mins.

## Staff One of the receptionists spoke a bit of Chinese and provided excellent, very welcoming service. ## Facilities The pool was open until 9 PM, and the restaurant was very vintage and beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied daily. The common areas were much nicer than the rooms, making for a significant difference between the inside and outside. ## Cons The room was a bit small, and the bed was also small. The in-room facilities were quite old, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. ## Location The hotel is 700 meters from the busiest part of Phuket Town, 240 meters from the direct airport bus stop, and 150 meters from a 7-Eleven. ## Value for Money This hotel feels more like a boutique 3-star hotel in China. I think it would be good value for money if the price was under 200 RMB, but anything over 200 RMB would not be worth it.

The room is very spacious with an excellent view! The breakfast was also quite good. It's quiet at night, but the front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese. The nearby spa is fantastic, and the old town is great for a stroll!

This hotel is just an eight-minute walk from the old city center. There's no deposit needed, and check-in and checkout are really quick. The design is lovely, too. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the pillows in the room—they're quite high and firm, which makes it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were very nice and helpful! But our room had a very foul smell which we will assume was from the pipes. We complained to the reception staff and she said someone will come clean the room and spray air freshener. When we returned to the room the smell was gone but once the shower or toilet get used the smell returns. It made it impossible to stay in the bathroom to do your makeup or get ready. The only mirror in the room is also in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness and standard of the bathroom and room all together was very poor. I will not recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness level

The facilities look good. However the room is quite worn out. The staffs are so so. We booked deluxe room with balcony but when checking in the staff gave us room without balcony and with only one small window looking the hallway. When informed, they didn’t say anything but gave us a key for another room. Parking is easy. Overall was an okay stay. Wouldn’t book here again as there are better choices in the same price ranges

Hotel is so cute. Really clean . Just walking distance to Phuket old town . Recommend to stay.

Directly near Bus terminal 1, about 10 minutes walking from the old town, room with mini refrigerator, TV, couch, safe, the bed is very big. 2 pools, small fitness room with 3 machines and weights. Very good breakfast

The hotel is not far from the old town night market, about a 10-minute walk, and right next to the bus terminal, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is clean and cozy. The only minor issue was the air conditioning being a bit noisy. I stayed in both a Superior Room and a Deluxe Room; they were quite similar. Overall, I had a good stay for 3 days.
