However, I believe your review does not accurately reflect the efforts we made during your stay.First, I would like to clarify that during your time at our hotel, we communicated in Chinese, not English. It’s unclear why you chose to write the review in English, but I want to ensure there’s no misunderstanding. While I understand our location may be slightly remote, I have made this clear in our responses and encourage guests to check the location before booking.Regarding the bathtub, the water you noticed was due to the cleaning process. It was residual water that had not yet dried after our cleaning team finished preparing the room. I personally offered to change your room to one with a different bathtub, but you declined. I then took action to have the bathtub cleaned again to address your concern.As for the broken glass, we follow our hotel policy regarding charges for damaged items. While I understand this may have been frustrating, our rules are in place to ensure fairness for all guests.Additionally, I assisted with your food delivery and addressed your other concerns. Considering the level of effort we put into making your stay as comfortable as possible, I find your review to be intentionally misleading and unrepresentative of the situation. Best regards. KRAAM
