Great value. Had a nice time. The owner was very nice and helpful.

It is arranged on the first floor, and there is a rest area outside the window. It is scary that there are people walking around at night. The curtains cannot be closed completely, and a light shines on the face in the morning, which is very annoying.

We arrived very early in the morning after flying all night, and were so exhaust when we arrived in Tbilisi. The hotel arranged transfer from the airport which were perfect! When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by a very tired and angry lady who showed us our room, so actually we were a little affraid that we would meet her every day. BUT the next days we met the sweetest ladies in the reception and they were so helpful and kind to us, and we felt so welcomed, which made our visit in Georgia so much better, so thank you for that!! The room was fine and clean, and the location of the hotel were so perfectly close to old town and all you have to see in Tbilisi!

I chose the hotel because it had a parking lot and a junior suite with two separate rooms (I was with my wife and child). I asked about the parking lot when booking. In fact, there was road construction and it was impossible to get to the parking lot, which no one informed me about. The booked room was not provided, they said it was flooded, they gave me a room 10 square meters smaller. I tried to ask for a refund of the difference in the price of the rooms, but after the explanation from the owner of the hotel it turned out that I actually had to stay, I did not understand why (when paying with *******, the site, according to her, takes half the cost from her, but this is not my problem). The room is very simple, the mattresses are uncomfortable, the linen and towels are old, just for a night, a simple three stars. It is not clear why there are such good reviews... On the plus side, the staff is friendly but a bit helpless (didn't know the hotel's email address and didn't know how to print out the letter that came by email), home-cooked breakfast, simple but well prepared, and clean.

We had a family vacation in July 2024. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room on the second floor for two is just super. The room on the first floor - with an exit to the terrace - is mega super. Very hospitable, helpful staff. They will call a taxi, ask about convenience, tell you about the sights. Breakfasts are excellent. If you are vacationing in Tbilisi - then this is definitely Aura Plaza. City center.
