Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

Had stayed in the hotel a few times. Rooms are bigger and food at the restaurant are good. Reflexology service at the hotel was good after a tiring day.

One of the best hotels in our trips. They have everything for the comfortable stay: - delicious breakfast - swimming pool - gym - conference rooms - bid clean rooms - high professional staff We kindly recommend everybody.

There was only one set of soft pillows, which was very uncomfortable for people who used to sleep on one’s side. Suggest hotel to add a set of firm pillows.

What a beat up place. Facilities were under reconstruction - mentioned nowhere unless on the spot. The facility you could use, the swimming pool, was such a gloomy, stinky, and moldy place! None of the showers worked properly. You could not use the lockers. And the floor was sort of sticky. Used the place once - that's it. The massage/spa floor was closed/dark all day long, nobody could explain why. Smoking lounge could not be used. Everywhere no smoking sign and everywhere Chinese people smoking inside the hotel. The humidor was meant for the boss to show off. No cigar supply at the place. Worst part: AC did not work - whatever setting you were using the room was always at moldy, stinking 24 degree Celsius, totally sticky with humidity. Clothes hangers were fixed with duct tape - this is what kind of hotel? Condoms next to cup ramen in the pantry cupboard, yummy. The breakfast included was mainly Chinese - Western style did not even include a reasonable coffee. In the restaurant all the plates were piled up on your table until you were finished - nobody bothered to clean up your table before you were done. Again, what kind of hotel is this and what kind of service would I expect? A lot more. Food is up to taste - I like Chinese food a lot, the Chinese food at the hotel, I did not like at all. The riverside view was great, though and the room service and preparation was the best. I would rate it at 4.5/5. By contrast, the overall policy e.g. the no smoking situation ****** and advertised amenities did not exist any more or could not be used at all. In conclusion to future trips to Wuzhou: I will not stay at this hotel again.

I was arranged to go on a business trip at short notice, but my mood improved as soon as I arrived at Guolong Hotel, because the hotel room was very comfortable and healing. I don't understand why I could sleep till dawn. I usually live a fast-paced life in a big city, and this hotel really made me slow down. The crowd inside was not in a hurry, which was quite good. It seemed that there was something called a guest service center, and they could help me answer any questions I had. The attitude was very good. I didn't have to think about where to find food after get off work, because there were many foods in the hotel. I ate the buffet there, and the ingredients were very fresh. I liked it very much. It is really suitable for business trips. I will come again next time

The hotel is very convenient for traveling. There is also a smoking room in the lobby. The user-friendly equipment shows that the service is not bad. It is almost the Chinese New Year. There are not many people and it is quiet. It is a small city worth visiting. I forgot to pick up the children's games when I checked out. Xiao Tang, the hotel switchboard who was responsible for contacting us, said he could mail it for us. He was so considerate. The game console was not expensive, but he was so persistent in contacting us that we were very touched. He even asked me to go back and pick up the things left over from the hotel where we stayed. If I don't answer the phone once, I won't call again. I am very satisfied with this. The staff at the front desk are also very considerate. They will ask if we are driving and help us scan the parking code. Will come again if I have the chance

Because we were traveling as a family and the elderly in the family attached great importance to breakfast, we chose to purchase the buffet breakfast of Guolong Hotel on the recommendation of Lu Ruanxi at the front desk. The hotel breakfast was rich and of high quality, especially the Wuzhou specialty rice noodles at the noodle stall and the unique taste of toppings, which gave us a different gourmet experience.

It was a comfortable and pleasant trip! The hotel has a beautiful environment in the city center, which is convenient for travel. Miss Cen Yao, who received us in the lobby when we checked in, provided very thoughtful and considerate service. She patiently introduced the special snacks and scenic spots of Wuzhou. The guest rooms are clean and hygienic. It was a very comfortable stay. I will choose to stay at Guolong again next time.
