This is a quiet private villa with one of the best service. I’m entering Phuket sandbox alone expecting to get bored by the end of the first week. Boy I was so wrong, this villa make me feel like home. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Give me many good recommendations on restaurants and stores. Well equipped kitchenette with stoves and fridge. Five mins drive to the beach, unlimited luxury restaurants and local fresh market. Safe and quiet enough for a daily stroll. I visited Phuket many time in the pass 10 years. This might be the best time to visit this city due to less tourist. You can get great value on almost everything. Pristine beach and the most relaxing atmosphere Phuket get to offer.

We are on our last full day here and we have to say its the best villa we've stayed in. Four large ensuite bedrooms, all with new bathtubs and large rainfall showers and even a fifth toilet to use without going into the bedrooms. The pool is a large infinity pool with an outdoor shower and while I am outside there is a large covered 6seater seating area with an overhead fan and a covered outdoor dining area with another overhead fan, also if you fancied sitting in the pool and watching TV, there is an outdoor 55 inch smart TV. In every bedroom there are smart tvs and a curved smart TV in the open plan lounge, 6 TV in total. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 burner hob and a full size oven, along with pots and pans, toaster,kettle,rice cooker, brand new full size fridge freezer and built in extraction hood. Wasing side, there is a self contained laundry room with a new washing machine ,ironing board and iron, washing baskets ,clothes rail etc. We've been Washing as we go along and virtually all our clothes will be clean again for when we get home. Safety boxes in every room an island and breakfast bar in the kitchen. Air conditioning in every room and it runs so quiet and also large ceiling fans in the high ceilings if you don't want ac on. There is a villa manager how can arrange trips and anything you need for your stay and a cleaning team came in everyday and changed the towels etc and replenished the water. I've probably missed some bits off but I'd just say you won't be disappointed with your stay. Shops for your daily groceries are a minute walk away and a 7/11 is a little further. Fresh meat, veg ,fruit and fish is about a 10 minute stroll. If anyone wants more info I'd be happy to help Simon.

For the Amount paid for a 1/day overnight stay was worth the deal but little disappointment was, it looks like the Aircon was switched off before the check out time, so it was very difficult to get dressed up, as it was a room more like a cubicle, and without phone connection to Reception, but rooms looks super duper clean with a very comfortable bed, but the stench from the clean looking toilet was unbearable Thanks Trip.com

We are frequent clients of Pavilions since 2016 with interruption during Covid. It is our 5th stay (2-weeks long at Ocean View Villa). We can thus compare performances between before and after the Covid periods. There are significant differences to note: Before Covid, the hotel proposed packages at pricing below what are offered now, like ”Romance Destination” including: * transfer airport-hotel round trip with fresh towels, water and fruits * Food massages * Body massages * Afternoon Tea every day * Candle light diner in room or at Plantation * 20% discount on F&B * 30% discount for spa massage Now (after Covid period) the negative aspects are: * No more breakfast at Alto (Plantation) which was nice because tuned for VIP guests * Breakfast at Firefly are with less choice and mixed with all kind of guests * Waiting time for buggy much longer than before (probably due to lack of personnel) Positive aspects are: * Very positive points for the staff; especially thanks to Matthew and Antony who their kindless and efficiency. * The application for the activities, reservation is an excellent tool making the contact with the hotel very efficiently * Also thanks to the personnel at Firefly and at lobby: always smiling and friendly! * Special appreciation for Mrs Toon who did housekeeping very very well

Hotel is comfortable, we were settled before 14:00. Location convenient-near-the building is a shopping center with all the necessary goods-and products, and dishes, and clothing, restaurants of different calibres. Also near 7/11, convenient little shop. The staff was polite and smiled, and the reception was friendly to me on all issues. Our breakfast with my husband-sweet fried eggs and delicious sausages, roasted toast with jam , fresh arbuz and pineapple Baby I didn't feed there) I didn't have enough qualified whipped waterless cashes cooked with crooked eggs. He only had toasts with jam There was one minus- separately standing from the building pool. I will explain why minus- there came a crowd of schoolchildren, man 7, bathed straight in t-shirts and shorts. Then a couple of hours later, they collected things and left, well, not quite healthy. The control is small From the two sides there jungle) From the downsides- with children there do nothing; mosquitoes eat; there can be holes in bed linen and towels; and the most important thing that prevented me from living is the air conditioner. Loud, weak, I often got up at night in a shower room, it's just unbearable! It was nowhere to go out to breathe, on the street hot and soft Like the weak Internet

First, she wanted to add 3% (I know that some hotels charge 3% and do not mind or pay in cash, IF there is a warning BEFORE booking, but here there was no warning), then she called her boss and he agreed to waive it. Second, I asked a room on a higher floor, and she gave on the 2nd. While a bit later it turned out there were several rooms on each floor available. - Cockroach in a room.
